Overall For overall if you are taking admission then don't go for the hostel just stay out of the college in any pg ot flats. Food is worst only they make it a bit better in admission time.
Placement There are only local companies for placement in civil engineering no reputed companies come here. You'll suffer if you think that this college will provide better placement.
Infrastructure College is like there is renovation going on always but only for teachers and administrators. Infrastructure is going down, their are some classrooms where projector are kept in cages and locked. Fans just don't work most of the time.
Faculty Some teachers are good but some are like in my real experience I saw one teacher siting in staff room watching how to add binary numbers on YouTube and she was a teacher of CSA department whose whole system works on binary.
Hostel Worst service, no good food, do not avail for hostel facility as much as possible. No extra facility they treat you like their property. They will take you out of the room whenever they want and even at 4:00 AM in morning. They don't care for you after admission.

Overall Our college is definitely far , isolated and transportation is a problem if you are not using the college transportation facility or using your own transportation but it is one of the warmest and friend zoned places I have ever seen. Our faculty though are strict have a good interaction with us. Our college has a spectacular nature around it. Our building being in a closed manner brings out a different feel than other colleges. We enjoy a lot at our college and are gonna miss it after graduation.
