In addition to existing Main Block, constructed with a built up area if 60,000 sft and recently established General Engineering Block, with a built up area of 60,000sft.exclusively for first year classes, Administrative Block (15,000sft) would be ready by the commencement of the next academic year. A separate building for canteen with 6000sfts. Is established in this academic year. VIEB has an excellent canteen for students as well as faculty. Lot of open space around the canteen so that many students can have food simultaneously without waiting for some one to vacate the place. The canteen is well managed at VIEB for the benefits of all. Majority  of the faculty too take food in the canteen. The canteen rates are reasonable. The canteen caters to all functions at the institution either management functions or students functions or both and to all visiting dignitaries at the institution.
