AP OAMDC Admission 2024: The official notification of OAMDC 2024 will be released in June 2024. The registration process of OAMDC 2024 will be initiated by APSCHE in the same month. Candidates seeking degree admission in Andhra Pradesh through the Online Admission Module for Degree Colleges (OAMDC)  2024 admission process, must register and fill the application form. Aspirants are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling AP OAMDC 2024 application form. 

 AP Degree Admission 2024 or AP Online Degree Admission 2024 is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), which is an executive body of higher education. AP Degree Online Admission Process was first initiated in the year 2020 for admission into Under Graduate Programmes offered by Degree Colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Through the AP Degree Online Admission process, courses in multiple disciplines like BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BVoc, BFA, and 5-year integrated PG programmes are offered. AP Degree Online Admission Process excludes courses of Engineering and Pharmacy streams. Candidates can secure admission to government degree colleges, government autonomous degree colleges, private aided colleges, private unaided degree colleges, and private autonomous degree colleges (aided and unaided) in the state of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2024–25 through the AP Online Admission Module for Degree Colleges.

Candidates who have completed the intermediate form AP board or any other board are eligible to apply for AP degree admission through the AP Online Admission Module for Degree College's portal. The AP OAMDC 2024 admission process is conducted to fill around 4, 90,000 seats in 152 government, 120 aided, 1062 private, and 2 university colleges.

Eligibility Criteria of AP OAMDC Degree Admission 2024

Candidates who are qualified in Intermediate or Class 12 from the Board of Intermediate, AP, or other recognized Boards are eligible for the AP Degree Admission Process 2024. Such candidates are eligible for filling up the application form, and participating in the web counseling process for the seats available in Undergraduate programmes in Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, Social Work, etc. offered by various degree colleges of Andhra Pradesh. Qualified candidates of Intermediate/ Class- 12 or equivalent examination are also eligible for 5-year integrated PG programmes. Candidates must note that AP OAMDC Degree Admissions conducted by APSCHE does not offer programmes that fall under the engineering stream and pharmacy.

How to apply for AP OAMDC Degree Application Form 2024?

Candidates, who would like to secure and obtain an undergraduate programme admission through Andhra Pradesh Online Admissions Module for Degree Colleges  (OAMDC), must fill in the application form of AP Degree Admissions 2024 released by APSCHE on the official portal of OAMDC.  The application of AP Degree Admissions will be made available online on the official website of OAMDC.

Steps to fill AP OAMDC Degree Application Form 2024

Candidates can follow the steps to fill out the application of AP OAMDC 2024 admission.

Step1: Visit the official portal of AP OAMDC at www.oamdc-apsche.aptonline.in. or Click on the direct link provided on this page

Step 2: Click on the ‘Candidates Registration’ which will appear under ‘STEP-1 Registration/ Fee Payment’ on the homepage of the official portal

Step 3: Enter the required details to complete the registration process. Details like Intermediate Hall Ticket Number, Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number,    E-Mail ID, and Caste Category should be entered after the selection of the Intermediate/ Equivalent Board Name.

Step 4: Click on ‘Submit Option’ after entering the information mentioned above and the page will be directed to the payment page.

Step 5: Select the desired payment mode and Click on ‘Pay Now’. After Successful payment, you can fill out the application form. (On successful payment of the processing fee, the Application Number and Password will be provided through SMS to the Mobile number furnished at the time of filling the Registration page.)

Step 6:  Fill in the Application Form with the necessary Personal Details/ Special Category Details and Intermediate details.  

Step 7: Upload Certificates in the prescribed format and size.

Step 8: Click on the option called ‘Verify & Submit’ after cross-checking all the details entered and uploaded documents.  

All uploaded certificates, along with candidate information, will be sent to the chosen Help Line Center (HLC). After successful completion of certificate verification, only the system will allow the candidate to proceed with exercising web options. If any certificate has to be re-uploaded then the Verification officer returns the application to the candidate to re-upload the certificate again only for a single time.

AP OAMDC Degree Admission Web Options 2024

The AP OAMDC web options 2024 for degree admission will be enabled after the registration process is ended. Web options of AP OAMDC Web Options 2024 will be released by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education. Candidates, who have successfully completed the registration process, paid the requisite fee, and completed the certificate verification process, are only eligible for the web options.  The candidates can fill the college options at oamdc-apsche.aptonline.in. The deadline for exercising the web options is notified after the web options are enabled.

APSCHE releases the list of colleges and courses that candidates can opt for while filling out the web options process. After the first two steps of the admission, the process is completed then in the third step web options will be activated.

The candidates must try to check all the possible options before they go for the final submission of the web options. It is recommended for the candidate to note down their preferences and seek help from experts in order to choose the best institution, which will yield their desired goals for their life.  Candidates can freeze the web options on the last date so that any changes to the choices can be made accordingly. Before making their selections, candidates can look at the previous year's closing ranks of various colleges to get an estimate of their chances of admission for the current academic session.

AP Degree Admissions 2024 web options have been enabled by APSCHE. To access and exercise the web options of AP OAMDC Degree Admission Web Options the following details are required.

AP OAMDC Degree Admission Web Options 2024- Important Instructions

• Before starting the choice entry process, all candidates are urged to review the information in the "Print Your Application Form" link.
• Before the deadline, candidates can add or amend selections by returning to the web options page and saving their changes.
• Under no circumstances will data that has been frozen be made available for editing.
• If the exercised options are saved but not frozen, the last saved options will be considered for seat allocation.
• Multiple candidates should not log in to a single browser or window at the same time.
• Clear your browser's history before using web options.
• Before selecting the next college, save desired web options.

AP OAMDC Degree Admission Process 2024

Candidates seeking admission into an undergraduate programme through AP OAMDC must apply as soon as the official notification is released. The first step of the admission process of AP Degree Admissions is to register on the official portal of AP OAMDC. After registration initial registration, candidates must pay the application fee. The next step in the admission process of AP OAMDC is to fill in the application form and upload the scanned certificates in the prescribed format and size. After completion of filling up the application form, candidates` details along with uploaded certificates will be verified in online by the concerned authority. During the certification process, if the verification official observes certain certificates are not clear, or not uploaded properly, then the officers send the application form back, then the candidates must re-upload the certificates. The same information will be sent to the candidates` mobile numbers.

The following step in the admission process is to exercise the web options. Candidates can choose any college in which they want to obtain admission to pursue their degree. The web options will be enabled for certain dates. Candidates must complete the exercising web options within the stipulated time. After that, the OAMDC software prepares the first seat allotment list based on the candidates` merit and choices filled by them. APSCHE releases the seat allotment of AP Degree Admission as per the schedule. Candidates can download the seat allotment letter and they must self-report online as mentioned above. Unless and until candidates self-report online, their names will not appear on the particular college admission list, which they have preferred during the web options. After self-reporting in online, candidates can go to the college and confirm their admission.

AP OAMDC Degree Admission 2024 Seat Allotment

All applications will be processed by the OAMDC Software, which will then generate the initial list of candidates for each college based on their qualifications and preferences. The publication of the selection list will be released on the scheduled date. Provisional seat allotment letters will be sent to selected applicants' email addresses, which they have provided during the CAF process. AP OAMDC Degree Admission 2024 Self-Reporting Process

After downloading the provisional allotment order, the candidate will be provided a separate option “SELF REPORTING TO THE COLLGE-ONLINE” to report to the allocated college. Therefore, candidates must log in and report online on the specified date given by APSCHE. The self-reported candidates will be shown in the college login and can admit to the colleges on the published dates.
