Woxsen University has extended the Regular Round 5 Application 2026 deadline for all UG and PG courses to June 15, 2026. Candidates can apply online at woxsen.edu.in for admission to B.Tech, BBA, BCA, BA (Hons.), MBA, M.Tech, M.Des, and other UG & PG programs. Round 5 is the final regular intake window before seats close for the 2026-27 session starting August 2026.

How to Apply for Woxsen University Round 5 Admission 2026?

Given below is the step-by-step process to apply for Woxsen University admission 2026. Keep Class 10, Class 12, and entrance exam scorecards ready before starting the application process.

  • Step 1: Visit woxsen.edu.in and click Apply Now, or go directly to applications.woxsen.edu.in.
  • Step 2: Register with basic details (name, email, mobile number) to generate your login credentials.
  • Step 3: Log in and fill out the application form with personal details, family information, Aadhaar number, APAAR ID, and upload a passport-size photograph.
  • Step 4: Specify your reservation category if applicable (Freedom Fighter, Physically Handicapped, Defence, Sports, Award, or Scholarship) and upload the relevant certificate.
  • Step 5: Enter your SSC (Class 10) and HSC (Class 12) exam details and upload marksheets. PG applicants must also enter semester-wise marks for all completed semesters of the qualifying degree.
  • Step 6: Select your preferred programmes in priority order. You can select up to 5 programmes and reorder them.
  • Step 7: Upload all required documents, including Aadhaar, APAAR ID, Leaving Certificate, caste and domicile certificates, and entrance exam scorecard (PDF, maximum 5 MB per document).
  • Step 8: Review the complete application, pay the application fee online, accept the declaration, and submit.

After submission, shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the Psychometric Test and Personal Interview stages.

Woxsen University Admission 2026 Selection Process

Admission at Woxsen is entirely through entrance exams and an interview process. There is no management quota.

  1. Entrance Exam - Submit scores from any accepted national or university-level exam (WAT, JEE, CAT, CLAT, GATE, etc.). Candidates without a national exam score can appear for the Woxsen Aptitude Test (WAT).
  2. Psychometric Test - Shortlisted candidates take a psychometric assessment. The test evaluates aptitude, personality, and cognitive fit for the chosen programme.
  3. Personal Interview - Qualifying candidates are called for a Personal Interview. The PI assesses communication skills, clarity of purpose, and overall suitability for the programme.
  4. Provisional Offer Letter - Offer letters are issued based on composite scores from all three stages. Candidates must accept the offer and pay the commitment fee within 7 days.
  5. Final Admission Confirmation - Final admission is confirmed after verification of Class 12 or UG examination results. All original documents are verified at this stage.

Woxsen University Scholarship 2026

All Round 5 applicants will be considered for merit-based scholarships. No separate scholarship application is needed.

  • Merit Scholarship: Up to 50% waiver on tuition fees for UG and PG candidates based on composite scores (entrance exam + psychometric test + interview). Earlier rounds offer higher scholarship brackets. 
  • Sports Scholarship: Up to 100% tuition fee coverage for student-athletes with state, national, or international level achievements in recognised sports. INR 65 crore has been allocated towards scholarships for the 2025-26 academic year.
