The Xavier Institute of Management, Jabalpur offers a Diploma degree program for aspiring students. To be eligible for this program, candidates must have completed their bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Additionally, applicants must have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 50% or equivalent CGPA in their undergraduate studies. It is also mandatory for candidates to appear for any of the national level management entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or ATMA. The final selection is based on the candidate's performance in the entrance exam, followed by a group discussion and personal interview conducted by the institute.
