Annual scholarship (K1 Level)

Listed below are the eligibility conditions that you must abide by while applying for the Annual scholarship (K1 Level):

• You must be a domicile of West Bengal.
• You must be unmarried.
• Your family's annual income must be below INR 1,20,000.
• Your age must be between 13 and 17 years.
• If you are 18, you won't be able to access yearly scholarship benefits and you will be only eligible for one-time benefits.
• You must be enrolled in classes 8th to 12th in a Government-recognised regular or equivalent school, or equivalent vocational or any other technical training courses.
• In case your parents are physically handicapped and you are already a recipient of the scholarship and will be applying for a renewal, your annual income limit will differ.

One-Time Grant (K2 Level)

Listed below are the eligibility conditions that you must abide by while applying for the One-Time Grant (K2 Level):

• You must be a domicile of West Bengal.
• You must be unmarried and attain the age of 18.
• Your annual income must be less than or equal to INR 1,20,000.
• You must be enrolled and regularly attending an Institution of Higher Education or Training.
• In case your parents are physically handicapped, you can expect a difference in the family's annual income limit.

Kanyashree Scholarship (K3 Level)

Listed below are the eligibility conditions that you must abide by while applying for the Kanyashree Scholarship (K3 Level):

• If you have registered for the K2 scheme, then you are eligible for the K3 scheme.
• You must have passed an undergraduate degree with at least a minimum of 45% marks.
• You must have secured admission to a postgraduate course program at an accredited university.
• There is no age restriction.

You can follow the step-by-step approach for filling out the online application form:

• First, go to the official website of Kanyashree.
• Select the registration option.
• Now, click the checkbox ‘This is to declare that I have read the instructions properly and I agree to abide by them.’
• Select the proceed option.
• A screen will appear where you will have to choose if you're applying for a fresh scholarship or renewal.
• Select the close option.
• Now, fill in all the details.
• You will get a username and password; you can use that to log in to your account.
• Now, enter the applicant ID and password.
• Select the submit option, and a dashboard will display on the screen.
• Now, click on the Edit Profile/Application tab.
• Complete the application form and fill out the necessary details, present course, address of the present institution, and qualifying exams.
• Now, upload scanned photos and signatures.
• Then, you will have to select the option Save & Continue.
• Provide your bank details, such as the Name of the Bank, IFSC Code, Branch Code, Account Number, and MICR Code.
• Now, upload the requisite documents and select the "Submit Application" option.
