Tech are done through JCECE (Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board) entrance exam, whereas for BAU Ranchi Ph.D. admissions are done through university entrance test along with counselling or personal interview.

BAU admissions to Diploma courses are done in the following ways.

1. Candidates must fill out and submit the BAU Ranchi admission form.

2. BAU admission is based on the candidate's merit.

3. Candidates must submit all required documents.

4. Selected candidates must pay fees.

BAU Ranchi Admission Process for B. Sc., BVSc 

Candidates who wish to pursue B. Sc. or BVSc in BAU must follow the admission steps as given below.

1.  Candidates must fill and submit the BAU admission form.

2.  Candidates must appear JCECEB entrance exam.

3. Candidates must meet the required score for BAU admission.

4.  Candidates must submit documents for verification.

5.  If selected, candidates are required to pay course fees.

BAU Ranchi MBA Admission Through CAT

BAU Ranchi provides MBA admissions through the CAT entrance exam. The admission process is provided below.

Step 1: If candidates meet the qualifying requirements, they must complete and submit the BAU admission form.

Step 2. Take the CAT admission exam.

Step 3. Get the required score.

Step 4. Submit relevant documents for verification.

Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website of BAU Ranchi.

Step 2: Candidates must click on the 'Admission' drop-down menu and select 'Course'.

Step 3: Candidates must register if they are new users.

Step 4: Once the registration process is done candidates must enter the information asked and fill up the BAU Ranchi application form.

Step 5: Candidates must attach the documents asked.

Step 6: Candidates must select the submit button after paying the BAU application fee.
