Overall: NERIST is a regional engineering College in the northeastern region .it is situated at Arunachal Pradesh,nirjuli.it has many courses like diploma, btech,mtech,phd. Engineering branches which are present are mechanical,electrical,electronics and communication,civil, agricultural and computer science.
Placement: NERIST have best place ment facility only for mechanical students not for partiality because of the companies that visits most are mechanical based .some companies that visited this year are oil india,vedanta,gardinger advanced technologies,simps,LTImindtree,reliance, polycab, larsen & turbo etc
Infrastructure: NERIST have a very good infrastructure facility the academic building ,library,degree block building,administrative block, health centre,badminton court,table tennis court,football turf,every thing is well developed and the ac services in library and academic building is good enough.
Faculty: Most of the faculty is iitian.grafuated from iit guwahati.they are very sincere about their students some teachers are not well enough they start targetting students thos who didn't listen toh them.rest they are very much supportive and friendly .I m from mechanical department and maximum faculty is good rest are
Hostel: The hostel facility is not well enough .there are total 10 hostels in the campus 3 are girls hostel and rest is boys hostel boys hostel facility is poor the walls are cracked ,small rooms,water availability is quite pathetic,the mess food is quite eatable ,not so good not so well, the wifi facility in the hostel is good .
