Vinayaka Mission’s Law School Chennai is a constituent college of Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation. The erstwhile Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Law is located in Chengalpattu District Tamil Nadu, India. It is recognised by UGC and approved by BCI. Moreover, it is regulated by the Strategic Advisory Committee consisting of legal experts and experienced practitioners.
Vinayaka Mission’s Law School courses include three five-year programmes and one three-year programme with a vision of providing bilingual legal education to its students. The faculty members are from various leading educational institutions around the world. For example, Stanford University, USA., Oxford University, UK., Law school in Spain, National Universities and Jawaharlal Nehru University, India. Vinayaka Mission’s Law School admissions are done on the basis of VLAT scores.

Vinayaka Mission's Law School courses are full-time regular programmes. VMLS offers three five-year programmes and one three-year programme. Vinayaka Mission's Law School eligibility criteria for the five-year programmes and the three-year programme is passed in 10+2/intermediate or equivalent examination. Tabulated below are the details of the VMLS Chennai courses. As per the VMLS Chennai fees structure, in the first year, there will be an additional fee of Rs 5,000 which covers fees like admission fees, registration fees, eligibility fees, library fees, sports fees, ID card fees, affidavit, college calendars, association and stores etc.

Vinayaka Mission's Law School admission is done on the basis of marks scored in the VLAT 3 and VLAT 5 for the three-year programme and five-year programme, respectively. Before starting with the Vinayaka Mission's Law School admission process candidates need to register for the respective VLAT examination. After the results are out candidates can fill up the Vinayaka Mission's Law School application form online or offline, and complete the Statement of Purpose in either English or Hindi within 200 words. Candidates can then pay the Vinayaka Mission's Law School application fee. Payment can be done online or through DD or cash. VMLS Admission Committee regulates the overall VMLS admission process. In order to receive scholarships, students need to take the VLAT and then participate in an interview. Scholarships will be granted based on how well students perform in both the VLAT and the interview. VMLS scholarships are offered on a merit cum need basis. Candidates who are looking forward to avail the scholarships must keep the following in mind:

One of the key VMLS facilities is its security system, The law school college provides 24-hour emergency services. For the practical training of students in the legal field, Vinayaka Mission's Law School has a moot court where students can practice and enhance their advocacy skills. It has a library that with an extensive collection of legal literature and research materials. VMLS campus has Wi-Fi connectivity with seamless access to online resources, research databases, and other educational materials. It also boasts air-conditioned classrooms and a full-fledged transport department with a fleet of buses that cover key locations in and around Chennai.
VMLS Hostels:
Vinayaka Mission's Law School offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel mess serves a variety of dishes from both North Indian and South Indian cuisines. The hostel fees, which include the charges for the mess, are payable on an annual basis. GST of 5% will be levied on mess charges and 12% will be levied on accommodation charges. Candidates also have to pay a caution deposit of Rs 3,000 which is refundable.

Overall: Campus life is the best part of this college. You will get to connect with multiple disciplinary departments and international students are also present if you are lucky enough to get them as colleagues.
Placement: there is average 90% placement rate of the college last time the highest package is 84lpa so its give good placement but you should good in communication skill,good in dsa itc, there are 30-40 companies visited
Infrastructure: campus boasts scenic beauty and ample recreational areas, providing a conducive environment for leisure activities. Library houses an extensive collection of books catering to diverse interest.
Faculty: Teachers and staff members help a lot during the exams. They help with extra classes and group study. They organise the programs regarding the syllabus. Semester exams are always easy with the help of college administration
Hostel: There was only veg meals available. They were provided 2 type of food per meal. Everything is unlimited. The food was very good and hygiene. The room size was much more spacing for 2 people.
