Accurate Institute Of Architecture and Planning (AIAP) offers five year (full time) Bachelor of Architecture (B-Arch) Program and is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD Government of India and affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Noida. The course consists of 10 semesters that includes one semester for training and one for Architectural Thesis. The focus of the programme is on developing professionalism, imbibing the spirit of hard work, to align the budding architects in tandem with the exponentially dynamic world of development. The students will also be exposed to all the concepts of environment, societal, economy, human values and professional ethics. Established in 2006, AIAP has a vision "to impart vibrant, comprehensive, and innovative learning to our students enabling them to be responsible and truthful Architects with strong moral and cultural values and to provide an ideal learning environment and ambience to develop their skills to meet the challenges of the Globalization". Mission of AIAP is "to inculcate, imbibe, translate, and apply knowledge, to address the needs of individuals, community, city and country and above all the trust of the society. This is visualized and accomplished through quality education, which communicates the knowledge and values and imparts the skills necessary for individuals to lead responsible, productive, and personally satisfying lives; through research, scholarship, and creative activities, which advance knowledge and enhance the educational process".
