45 % marks in H.S.C. 
( XII Std. ) or equivalent. (40% for SC/ST)

45 % marks in any Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University or equivalent. (40% for SC/ST)

50 % marks in any Bachlor’s Degree in Law ( LLB.) from any recognized University or equivalent.
