All India Institute of Medical Sciences Patna has achieved the 27th rank in the Medical category of the NIRF Rankings 2023. Since 2012, AIIMS Patna has established itself as a national-level medical institution. AIIMS Patna courses include MBBS, B.Sc Nursing, MSc Nursing, MS, MD, DM, and MCH. After completing the 4.5 year of MBBS at AIIMS Patna you must complete a mandatory internship for one year, receiving a stipend of Rs 17900-Rs 25000 for hospital duty for an average of 8 hours per day.
After that a student can choose to become a JR or a PG student, earning Rs 60000 to Rs 90000 per month depending on the college. AIIMS Patna placement cell has associations with some of the country's most reputable medical and hospital institutions.
