About INI CET 2024 January Session (Registration Starts)

INI CET 2024 registration has commenced from September 15, 2023 onwards. The deadline for the exam registration is October 10, 2023. INI CET 2024 Application Process is being conducted in online mode. As per the official schedule of AIIMS, the INI CET 2024 Exam for January Session is scheduled to be held on November 5, 2023 (Sunday). Before filling out the registration form, students must go through the INI CET 2024 eligibility criteria.

INI CET 2024 Application Form Filling Process

Unlike other exams, the way you fill out the INI CET 2024 application form is a bit different. It's split into three main parts:

  1. Basic Registration:

    In this step, you need to provide all your basic information on the official AIIMS INI CET 2024 website. You'll create a sign-up and get an ID and password for your application. Then, you'll upload images of your documents right there on the website. Make sure all the details are clear and match the given specifications.

  2. Code Generation:

    After you finish the basic registration, you'll need to wait and check your application status on the dashboard. Once it's approved, you can log in to the website and generate a special code. This code will be your unique registration code (RUC) for the next part. Remember to write it down.

  3. Final Registration:

    When you have your RUC, your INI CET application will move to the last step. Here, you'll pay the application fee, choose where you want to take the exam, and more. After you do all of these things, your INI CET 2024 application form will be completely done.

How to Fill INI CET 2024 Application Form?

  1. Visit the official website of INI CET 2024
  2. Click on the ‘New Candidates’ basic registration link 
  3. Starting filling out the basic registration form and submit details after verification
  4. Once basic registration is completed, log on into the application form.
  5. Fill out the all the details in the application form such as Name, Date of Birth, Parent Name, Gender, ID Proof, Marital status, Contact details, etc.
  6. Upload all requisite documents including signature, photograph, and thumb impression.
  7. Make the final fee payment using prescribed payment gateways

INI CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Prior to filling out the INI CET 2024 application form, all candidates must satisfy all the INI CET 2024 eligibility criteria in order to be eligible to appear for the examination. Thus, mentioned below are the eligibility criteria specified by the conducting authority for candidates to go through, before registering themselves for INI CET 2024:

  • All candidates should have a MBBS degree to be eligible for admission in the MD/MS course, and a BDS degree for admission in MDS course from a renowned Institute that has been recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) or the Medical Council of India (MCI).

  • All candidates should have completed at least 1 year of rotatory internship,and be able to produce the certificate of the same to become eligible for the INI CET 2024 exam.

  • Candidates belonging to the general category must score a minimum of 55% aggregate in the MBBS and those belonging to SC/ST category, must score a minimum 50%.

  • Candidates should also have obtained a registration certificate that has been issued by the MCI/DCI or State Dental Council/ State Medical Council (SMC/SDC) to become eligible for the INI CET 2024 exam.

INI CET Exam Eligibility Criteria 2024 - Indian Nationals Who’ve Graduated Abroad

AIIMS has set special eligibility criteria for candidates who’ve completed their MBBS abroad. Their Foreign Medical Graduate Examination scores - FMGE scores - will be taken into consideration in lieu of aggregate marks. However, the MBBS cutoff marks for the INI CET 2024 eligibility criteria will be standard.

INI CET Exam Eligibility Criteria 2024 - Foreign Nationals

Foreign national candidates need to have a university/institution-certified grading system. This will determine the grading value percentage. The marks calculated need to be filled in the marks column while INI CET final registration is in progress. The cutoff marks needed in MBBS/BDS have to be a total of 55% or equivalent.

No Objection Certificate (NOC):

The NOC (no objection certificate) need to be obtained from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India. It has to be submitted to the Examination Section on or before the set dates. Note that no objection certificate that are obtained solely from the Ministry of External Affairs will NOT be considered as valid NOC for INI CET exam.

For the INI CET 2024 Exam Day:

  1. Download and print out multiple copies of the INI CET admit card    
  2. Keep all your other documents that need to be carried to the exam center in one place
  3. Make sure all your stationery is packed and ready to carry
  4. Follow all the dress-related instructions given in the prospectus and admit card
  5. Do not carry any extra items that are not useful during your INI CET exam

Before Entering the INI CET 2024 Exam Center:

  1. Make sure to reach the exam center an hour prior to the allocated time
  2. Ensure that you have a good lunch or a hearty meal right before the exam
  3. Keep yourself hydrated at all times to prevent any last-minute health issues
