Overall Overall it is an average college . It is a government college in kanpur which was started for handicapped students. But this college is not only for handicapped students. All types of students study here mainly are non handicapped. Handicapped can be seen only in Diploma. BTech is full of normal students. The fees of the college is affordable to most of students. The overall facilities are lacking in the college but yes you can get a degree and if you work hard and develop skills placement is for sure.

Overall Hello everyone I am pursuing BTech in Computer science and engineering branch from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped kanpur. I will write the hones review. So guys overall it is not good. It looks like villages old primary school. There are lot of restrictions here. In terms of Placement this college is very disappointing. The highest on campus placement was 7.5 lpa only of two students and most of the students are unplaced. This college is not good for placement neither it gives any opportunity to enjoy college life. So before coming to this college don't have any expectations.

Yes, It is okay to take admission to the college without the fee waiver option. However, you will not be able to get the fee waived off the facility in such a college. As per the guidelines released by Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped, the fee waiver option is available for economically weaker meritorious students. No tuition fee is charged from the students against such seats. Moreover, students have to submit the income certificates of their parents during the document verification process. Note that, this shall not be confused with the EWS category.
