What students says about Al-Falah School of Engineering & Technology (AFSET), Faridabad

Some of the professors are very helpful.
The laboratories were quite modern and equipments where fresh.
The faculty was quite satisfactory.
The faculty was well qualified and the teaching methodology was also good.
The exams were on half yearly basis( 6 months semester was there ).

The college was quite distant from Delhi. It took me around 2.5 hours to commute daily single side by even by college bus.
There was a lack of good sport and extracurricular activities
The course of Al-falah University is as per MDU ROHTAK, guidelines. And exam papers are published and checked by their own teachers thus whatever is studied in the college that wards relevant exam paper is set up. The paper is mostly of 90Marks having 4sections at all.
college is good but its located in a village which is bad for those students which come from cities.education loan is also possible.
I never had an interest in Electrical and Electronics field but because i got this field based on my rank in AIEEE plus i didnt wanted to waste time and family pressure, i had no choice but to go for this course.There were total 8 semesters and exams for each semester at the end. We also had sessional exams for each semester respectively.

Overall: The overall review of the college is not too good .The campus has facilities but the infrastructure of the college is average and need advancement.The environment of the college is average .

Placement: Around 40 to 50% of the student get placed every year in various companies. If you study well and is skilled you can easily get placement in the campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average .It has basic facilities like library,canteens ,gym ,medical facilities .The shuttle service to the nearby students .

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, cooperative and friendly and they help in solving your doubts easily. There is some shortage of teachers in certain branches but the overall quality of education is okay.

Hostel: The hostel is provided in the campus with very good facilities .The rooms are equipped with a bed, study table, cupboard. The internet facilities also provided to the students in the hostel.
