• Minimum Educational Qualifications: (a) The applicant must meet the essential requirements for the desired post (Assistant Professor and College Librarian) as well as the other conditions outlined in the UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and Other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education, 2018, with subsequent amendments made from time to time, before the first date of publication. (b) Before applying, applicants should ensure that they meet the minimum criteria for the positions as of the deadline for submitting the Online Application Form. No inquiries seeking eligibility advice will be considered.
• The College has the right to revoke any posted position(s), whether in full or in part, at any time and without providing a justification. The College reserves the right to alter the number of openings. In any scenario, there will be no fee return.
• (a) No applicant shall be entitled to appear before the Selection Committee based only on their eligibility for being shortlisted or summoned for an interview. If there are more applicants, only the candidates who have been shortlisted will be asked to appear before the selection committee. (b) Before the initial date of the advertisement, candidates will be screened and shortlisted in accordance with the UGC Regulations 2018 and any later adjustments that may be made.
• As per the guidelines set forth by the Government of India (GoI), preference will be given to candidates who are SC/ST/OBC (Non creamy layer), PwD, or EWS. The reservation benefit certificate must be presented in the formats specified in Annexures C, D, E, and F.
• Candidates from the SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer), PWD, and/or SC/ST categories must provide the appropriate caste certificates and medical certificates using the Govt. of India's authorised forms (which should not be more than 6 months old from the last date of submission of online application form). For OBC applicants, the certificate should, among other things, specifically state that the applicant does not, at the time of the test or interview, belong to the persons or sections (creamy layer) listed in Col. 3 of the schedule to the Department of Personnel & Training in the Government of India OM No. /36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 8/9/93.
• Candidates who fall under the OBC category but are of the creamy layer will not be eligible for quota benefits and should submit their applications under the General Category.
• (a) Ph.D. recipients must submit a "Equivalence Certificate" issued by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, in order for their application to be accepted; otherwise, it would be immediately rejected. (b) The candidates must make sure they have research and publications in the subject's specialised field in order to be considered for the designated professor jobs (s).
• Only documents issued by the relevant educational body, such as matriculation or SSC certificates or pass certificates, will be accepted as proof of birthdate. The date of birth cannot be verified with any other document.
• Before applying, candidates must confirm that they meet the requirements as of the deadline for submitting the online application form. The candidate will be disqualified and their application will be withdrawn if they are discovered to be ineligible at any point throughout the recruiting process. Any level of the recruiting process will result in the cancellation of a candidate's application if inaccurate or hidden information is provided. • (a) Only the applicants who made the short list will be asked to meet with the selection committee. (b) There will be a bilingual interview (Hindi and English both, except in the subjects Hindi, English, Sanskrit and Urdu). ( c ) Candidates who have made the short list for music must have instruments with them during the interview so they may demonstrate their skills. (d) Up to eight short-listed candidates will be contacted for interviews at a ratio of 1:8, meaning that there are now 8 open positions. For the Selection Committee to convene, there must be a minimum of three qualified candidates. (e) The College will not provide any compensation for your attendance at the interview. (f) Before the selection committee, all short-listed Candidates are required to show up in person. 
• Any legal action regarding a claim or dispute resulting from this advertisement, as well as any application made in response thereto, may only be brought in Prayagraj (U.P. ), and only Prayagraj's courts, tribunals, and forums shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to hear any such cause or dispute.
• The College maintains the right to modify, reschedule, suspend, or completely cancel the recruiting process without providing a reason. The College's judgement is final, and no appeals will be considered.
• After the final selection and approval, all salaries and allowances are subject to the terms of the grant from the University of Allahabad/UGC.
• Candidates who wish to apply for more than one position or category should submit a new application form and the appropriate application fee for each position or category. Common applications for more than one subject will not be taken into consideration.
• Employed applicants and candidates from government agencies, private colleges and universities, and autonomous bodies must submit their applications online along with a NOC from their employer and a clear statement attesting that I no vigilance cases are pending against them and (ii) if chosen, they will be terminated within three months of receiving the offer of employment. You might be required at any moment to give a list of any major or minor fines that have been issued in the previous ten years. Applications that are filed without a NOC from the relevant authority will be categorically refused. 
• (a) Wherever required, the length of regular service experience in the required discipline or field of employment must adhere to UGC regulations and standards. Counted as of the day on which the minimal educational requirements for that position were met. (b) Each candidate claiming to have UG/PG teaching experience must present a certificate from the appropriate authorities attesting to their regular employment with a UGC-recognized institution at the UGC Pay Scale. • Applications that are incomplete, not signed, or don't include copies of all certifications and the application fee will be outright denied.

• Advertised positions are typical full-time jobs. No additional tasks, including professional practises, conducting trade and commerce, or other full- or part-time lucrative pursuits, are permitted.

• The College is required to further check any antecedents or papers that a candidate submits before being appointed or while they are still in service. The candidate's services shall be terminated without prejudice to any other action taken by the College in the event that it is discovered at any point that the papers presented by the applicants are false or the candidate has withheld pertinent information.
• The College maintains the right to alter, withdraw, or cancel any message made to the applicant in the event of an unintentional error in the selection process, which may be discovered at any time, including after the issuance of the appointment letter.
