ASM IBMR Pune adheres to the refund and cancellation guidelines as prescribed by AICTE and SPPU. We are committed to transparency in all financial transactions to build trust with our students.

• Before Course Commencement:
  • A full refund will be provided, minus a ₹5,000 processing fee, if the cancellation is made 15 or more days before the commencement of the course.
• After 15 Days of Course Start:
  • A refund of 80% of the tuition fee will be processed if the cancellation request is made after 15 days, and only if the seat is filled by another candidate.
• After 30 Days of Course Start:
  • No tuition fee refund will be provided after 30 days. However, the hostel fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• Late Cancellations:
  • For cancellations made after the specified periods, the fees will be forfeited. A formal written request must be submitted for processing the cancellation.

ASM IBMR Pune offers flexible and convenient fee payment options to support Indian families and reduce the burden of large upfront payments. The institute ensures that students can manage their 2026 fee commitments with ease.

• Accepted Payment Methods:
  • Online Payments: UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
  • Demand Draft (DD): Payable to the official ASM account.
  • Bank Transfer: Direct NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated ASM bank account.
• Instalment Options:
  • Fees may be paid on a semester-wise basis, typically split into 2–4 instalments.
  • The first instalment is due at the time of admission, with the remaining instalments payable by July and January as applicable.
• Education Loan Assistance:
  • ASM IBMR provides support with the documentation required for education loans.
  • The finance office coordinates with partner banks to simplify the loan approval process.
