BUEST placement cell organises industrial visits, conducts mock interviews, group discussions, personality development  programme etc. to train students and prepare them for the placement drive. Furthermore, it also provides career counselling to students and helps them in choosing the right career path. Baddi University placement cell also provides internships to students. 

Internship plays an important role in students' placements. Baddi University internships give opportunities to students to get training at some of the reputed national and international organisations.
