Based in the IT city of Bangalore, Karnataka, the institute is affiliated to the University of Bangalore and is approved by the NAAC. The vision of BCCAS is to be the leading centre of learning and innovation in emerging areas of business and management education. We lay emphasis on placement which is the culmination of students learning. A placement cell has been established and it offers services such as campus interviews, career path advise, common & soft skill development, self assessment and personality development. The Department presently co-ordinates with leading organizations which recruits trainee and management trainees for entry level positions in their respective organizations. The placement cell maintaines database of all final year students, this is provided to prospective employers. Work-shops are arranged to help students prepare their resume and teach them the skills of GD and interview facing. Campus recruitment programmes are held and some of our students have been recruited by good companies like TATA, HP and HDFC Bank during these campus recruitment drives.
The College is located in a good locality and has a central location. It is well connected to different parts of the city by bus. The campus is vast and the beautiful garden, spacious play-ground, well ventilated class rooms provide a congenial atmosphere for teaching and learningThe college celebrated its Silver Jubilee during the academic year 2010-11. To mark the occasion, a new library building was inaugurated. This building is spacious, airy and well-lit. There are over 21,000 books in the library. Facilities for browsing and reference are made. The library subscribes to various newspapers, magazines, periodicals and journals. It is partially computersised. The family of Late Sri. M.C.Antin has donated liberally to the library and the library is named as Late Sri. M.C.Antin Memorial Library.
