(Bachelor of Technology) degree program at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Off Campus Deoghar, candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Overall: College is good if you are financially sound as the fee is around 15lakhs INR.In comparision to the fee structure the experience is just like any ordinary college at a cheaper price.Basically you are paying for the degree or brand name "BIT Mesra".
Placement: We had the worst the placements in the history of our college.The TnP group is neither active nor the companies wants to visit our college Around 40% of the total population was placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very poor.it is a very small campus with just the entrance for college campus and the hostel.There is no arrangement for any other stuff.
Faculty: In EEE we had 7 faculty in the beginning of our course.By the start of 4th year we were left with 3 faculties.Rest 4 were transferred to the main campus And the reason for this they gave was we had a small batch. in eee we were 12 students,still it was a wastage of money.
Hostel: Hostel is fine.Rooms are pretty good.you can even get single room in fourth year.The hostel management,food,washroom facility is fine.Hostel clerks are also attentive.
