• Admission Fee: A one-time admission fee of approximately INR 8,500 is charged for all programs during enrollment. This covers registration and administrative processes for B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA students. For B.Tech, this fee is typically paid during the TS EAMCET or TS ECET counseling process (70% merit-based seats) or directly to the college for the 30% Management/NRI quota.
• Examination Fee: An annual examination fee of INR 2,000 to INR 4,000 is charged for internal and university examinations (e.g., midterms, semester exams). This applies to all programs, with B.Tech and M.Tech students paying slightly higher fees due to practical and lab-based assessments. The fee covers evaluation costs and is paid per semester or annually.
• Library Fee: An annual library fee of INR 1,000 to INR 2,000 provides access to the college’s Saraswati block library (12116 titles, 76142 volumes, 267 journals). This fee is applicable to B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA students and supports access to books, e-journals, and research materials.
• Laboratory Fee: For programs involving practical training, such as B.Tech (e.g., Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical) and M.Tech (e.g., VLSI System Design, Embedded Systems), a laboratory fee of INR 2,000 to INR 4,000 per year is charged. • Caution Deposit: A refundable caution deposit of INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 is charged at admission, refundable upon course completion, subject to no damages to college or hostel property. This applies to all programs, with higher deposits for B.Tech due to lab usage.
