The campus of Apex Institute of Management and Science is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The campus offers recreational activities helping students to grow physically as well as mentally. The college also organises sports fests which include various sports tournaments such as Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis. The college also participates in inter-collegiate competitions on a regular basis. Many types of equipment for other sports including Cricket, Basketball Court, Badminton Court, Volleyball Court, Skating, Taekwondo, Table Tennis and Swimming are also available at the campus.

Apex Institute of Management and Science campus is connected by 24*7 working wifi which allows the students to be connected from anywhere on the campus, anytime. Modern laundry services are also provided with automatic washing machines. AIMS, Jaipur also provides residential facilities to students, coming from different parts of India. Hostel rooms are allotted to students on a first come-first serve basis depending on availability. Students may opt for the facility on a single/double/triple sharing basis as Separate AC/Non AC rooms are available at all hostel buildings. There is a separate hostel constructed for boys and girls equipped with round the clock water supply, safe drinking water, nutritious vegetarian food, and other facilities.

The Dance Club, Music Club, Apex Sports Academy, and Eco Friends Club are some of the clubs/activities which the students can participate in on the campus. The college also conducts various inter and Intra college competitions on a regular basis. Instructors and trainers are also employed at the gym of Apex Institute of Management and Science. The gym is divided into two sessions, one is dedicated to general exercise while the other is for weight lifting. Separate timing slots are assigned to girls and boys. The campus of AIMS, Jaipur also has a Wellness Centre which arranges yoga and meditation sessions which helps the students improve their learning abilities. Some of the other facilities available at the campus are Library, Transport, Seminar Hall, WiFi, Smart Classrooms and Laboratories. The computer Lab available on the campus is installed with updated systems.

Hostels in Academic Institutions are the epicentre of the dynamics of the campus life. Spread over wide area & surrounded by green cover, Apex Hostels have been providing fuel and force to the life and motion of college's academic culture. The hostel provides residential facilities to about 275 boys and 125 girls for both undergraduate and post graduate students.

Dance club of Apex Group was formed in order to bring out the dancing talent from every Apexian. It not only focuses on entertaining people but also working on bringing out certain message that will be useful for the students. The club was established with the mission of bringing out the hidden talents among students and also provide them a stage where they can showcase their dancing talent and interest. Dance club of Apex Group provides lot of opportunities in the form of competition and workshops for igniting the spark of interest present in the budding technocrats and honing their skills towards showcasing their talents.

The objective is to help people in and around Coimbatore round the clock for 365 days and we abide by the policy of any group anywhere any time. The club is functioning successfully over the years and has Contacts all the blood banks in the city. Above 450 units have been donated this year alone.

Apex Group believes in the development of the students as a whole, and strives to provide a climate that nurtures the holistic development of our students, an environment that is trusting and spontaneous; and encourages flexibility, celebration and recognition. This is achieved through cultural clubs like Music Club which covers a wide range of instruments along with the various forms of classical and non-classical music. Through a number of spontaneous activities and contests the Music Club has been able to maintain high levels of enthusiasm and team integration among the students.

Apex Group understand the importance of sports in developing traits like confidence, leadership and team spirit among the students. The Sports Club at Apex Group offers Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, Football, Badminton, Table Tennis etc.

Apex Group, know our responsibilities. In order to instill awareness about environment among students Eco-Friends Club has been set up. The members of the Club, known as 'Eco-friends' strive to promote eco friendly habits not only on the institute premises but also among the masses, in the whole of Jaipur. There have been supporters like the great environmentalist, social reformer and the founder of 'Chipko movement', Padam Bhushan Sunder Lal Bahugana , who has elevated the spirits of the students with his words of appreciation for the initiatives by APEX GROUP ECO-FRIENDS CLUB.

National Service Scheme Club was established at Apex Group in the year 2009. The club strives to bring improvements in the field of social welfare. This club mainly serves the villages. The club organizes various activities for the poor uneducated people and. It is all because of the students of the club that the goals and objectives of the club are met. 
Students take keen interest in serving those who lack the daily need facilities by all that they can do.
