Coimbatore Institute of Technology campus is one of the best technical campuses located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The campus of CIT Coimbatore is spread over a sprawling area of 26 acres of land. The institute is well-equipped with excellent state-of-the-art infrastructure & modern technologies. Among the facilities, the CIT institute offers the students with modern computer labs, indoor-outdoor sports facilities, ATMs, well-equipped classrooms and others.

• Class Room: CIT classrooms are equipped with modern teaching tools such as multimedia notebooks, LCD and overhead projectors, motorized screens, cordless microphones, speakers, Wi-Fi access, etc. to enhance the scope of learning. Spacious classrooms are designed to encourage students to learn effectively. CIT campus is fully wifi enabled so that CIT students and faculty members can keep themselves up-to-date with this modern world.
• Library: CIT library consists of a rich collection of books, national/international journals, audiovisuals, CDs, VCDs, annual reports, case studies, etc. Besides this CIT library also has a rich collection of rare books, manuscripts, special reports and knowledge resources in all required disciplines. CIT Coimbatore library also has a built-in library management system facilitating search and accession to books. 
• Hostel: CIT Coimbatore has a well-furnished and well-designed hostel facility for boys & girls. A separate hostel facility is provided for both boys & girls within the campus with internet access, hygienic food, CCTV surveillance & other amenities that make living easier and happy.  The hostel rooms are allocated to students on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Other Major Facilities: The seminar hall of the CIT Coimbatore campus is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with all types of modern facilities like an LCD Projector, Interactive Board and Audio/ Video system. The institute also offers numerous other conveniences for better living of its students such as a canteen, auditoriums, Computer centre, ATMs, medical services, recreational facilities, etc. All the departments are well-staffed and well-equipped to meet the needs of the latest technological trends and International standards. The total campus area is 25.4 hectares. The CIT has 40,000 sq.m. of built-up area for academic and administrative purposes and all the facilities for most of the sports and games. There are currently around 3000 students pursuing their technical education.
