This campus is situated in the picturesque city of Visakhapatnam with well laid-out roads and gardens providing a serene atmosphere and ambience for peaceful pursuit of knowledge. It is spread over 97.33 acres. The University has state-of-theart infrastructure to meet the requirements of organizing the academic programmes, comprising well laid-out, elegantly planned and engineered buildings for administration, academic departments, central facilities such as central library, hostels, play grounds, indoor stadium, etc.
There are seventeen academic blocks, six hostels, one spacious library building and two administrative blocks. All the academic departments possess fairly adequate space to accommodate the classrooms, laboratories, departmental library and other facilities. The laboratories are provided with sophisticated equipment, furniture and fixtures in accordance with good laboratory practices. The campus has good supply of potable water and 2012 KVA power supply generators.

Students Activities & Clubs
The GIM Management Club has been formed with all the students of the Institute to provide a forum to enrich and enhance the knowledge of its members by exposing them to the practical aspects of business by organising Lectures, Seminars and Symposia on Management related topics. The Club organises competitions in Academic, Cultural, Literary, Sports events and awards prizes. The Club also sponsors students to participate in various B-Schools' competitions held around the country.
Popularly known as NSS, the scheme was launched in Gandhiji's Centenary year, 1969. Aimed at developing student's personality through community service. NSS, is a voluntary association of young people in Colleges, Universities and at +2 level working for a campus-community linkage.
The cardinal principle of the NSS programme is that it is organised by the students themselves, and both students and teachers through their combined participation in community service, get a sense of involvement in the tasks of nation building.
