The college library stocks over 10,500 books on all branches of study. The library also subscribes to 100 indian and 265 foreign journals on medical and allied subjects. The library has a CD Rom based online journal section  and offers Medline search. All students  are offered General specialist care   at the adjoining campus 400 bed hospital.Facilities for indoor and outdoor sports are available in the campus. A well equipped multi-gym with qualified trainer - separate for boys & girls, 8 Table Tennis boards, twin shuttle courts, basketball courts, tennis courts etc. are available. HMCH provides students with hostel facilities. Separate blocks for girls and boys are available with each block accommodating around 100 students. More rooms are being added to meet the increasing demand from the students. All the blocks have reading rooms with T.V. Separate Canteen facilities provided to satisfy the diverse needs.The college provides transport to all students to attend their "field postings" and all external training programs that are part of their curriculum. Postal services are available within the campus. Telephones to receive calls are available at all hostel blocks. Call phones are installed at various vantage points in the college and hostels. Round the clock security services are in place for the college and hostels and are under the charge of ex-army personnel.
