YS College is proud to have State of Art Building comprising of Auditorium, Computer Centers, Soft Skill Labs, Lecture Halls, Library, accommodating all the modern facilities required for the overall growth, grooming and nurturing of the students. Aesthetical appealing, technologically advanced, Fully Air Conditioned Auditorium at YS College, home to 400 seats with excellent lighting, sound system, laden with multimedia projectors is one of the wonders in YS. Purpose of Auditorium is to act as a common point for cultural events, conferences, workshops, corporate learning, student interactions, guest lectures and display of student talent. Campus has big, spacious and technically advanced Computer Center to accommodate number of students at a time and is equipped with advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software to cater to the requirements of the students, teachers and the curriculum. Computer Center is equipped with latest technology and advanced electronic gadgets like TFT screens, Multimedia LCD Projector, Laser Printers, Scanners, Web Camera, Laptop etc. The software labs are connected with WI-FI Internet connection. The lab aims to improve communication skills in English. It facilitates a broad range of activities that involve students in reading, writing, listening and speaking the target language. Teachers can launch student activities n computers and support them while they work individually, in pairs or in groups. They can monitor student’s response and run testing exercises. With this, teachers are able to personalize the teaching experience. YS believes that classroom is an area where a student spends the maximum time, so it needs to have a synergetic atmosphere with interactive and participative sessions. So, the amphitheater style build, spacious classrooms at YS are not lecture halls, instead they are designed such that they promote discussions and ideation. This makes learning proactive and instills within students a sense of responsibility, confidence, team spirit, and professional integrity.
