The Training & Placement Cell in Career College, Bhopal persistently encourages the students towards becoming perfect industry required employee. Career College is more focused for student placement, which works as a mile stone because generally degree colleges do not give emphasis on student placement. The main functions of Training & Placement Cell are to guide students on various interview techniques, group discussions, aptitude tests, to provide in-plant training at industries, to organize industrial visits for students, to encourage students to face campus interview in the fields they desire, to invite prospective companies to campus for recruitment, to achieve maximum possible placements for students and to provide guidance to the students wishing to pursue Higher Education. Apart from imparting technical skills to students, the personality development programs are also an intrinsic part of their grooming. The Cell encourages the students to register themselves to Training & Placement Cell by filling online registration form available at the College website. The Training & Placement Cell also provides Notification regarding various competitive examinations.   In order to improve the performance of students in the skills such as Technical, Aptitude, Communications, etc., it is the responsibility of Training & Placement Cell to conduct Personality Development Training Programs in addition to the soft skills training program arranged within the campus.
