VIT School of Design Admission: The VIT School of Design (V-SIGN), Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, has declared that it will hold a certain number of seats under the B.Des (Industrial Design) course for UCEED 2026 qualified students, providing an additional and more simplified admission path for design aspirants. This move aims to encourage strong, creative and design-inclined students to join VIT, as UCEED is a national-level test based on innovation, visualisation skills, including problem-solving. Following this new development, those who have qualified for UCEED are now able to seek admission for the B.Des course directly at VIT by uploading their UCEED score with educational details. Then VIT will prepare a merit list based on the performance of UCEED and the eligibility criteria so as to conduct a fair and better selection process.

UCEED Design Aptitude Questions: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, administers the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) annually. The purpose of the entrance exam is to provide admission to participating institutions' BDes courses. The UCEED 2026 exam will take place on January 18, 2026.
