Do What Is Right for You

Every individual has a strategy when it comes to exam preparation. Some people prefer listening to music right before the exam, while some prefer last-minute revisions, and few candidates wish to be alone to soothe their minds and recollect necessary points.

    Review the Important Points

Rather than going through the syllabus day before, it is good to make flashcards of important topics. This will not only help you retain better but will also you to perform better on your MAT examination.

    Stay Positive

It is always good to take some time off a day before the exam to overcome the text anxiety that most candidates go through. Getting anxious right before the exam will affect your scores as the brain will be working hard to calm your nerves down rather than focusing on what you have learned. So it is good to relax a little.

Candidates usually focus on Maths, Reasoning, and Comprehension as they believe that the section on the Indian & Global Environment can be tackled easily and leave just the last few days for this section. But this strategy can fail as this section also requires equal attention and with the right preparation strategy, candidates can score well in this section. This article will take you through the MAT Indian and Global Environment tips along with all the important topics under the section that will be covered in the MAT exam 2023.

    • Make it a habit to read online blogs, business magazines, and newspapers. Your understanding of current events will improve if you read two to three newspapers each day. The Hindu, Economic Times, and Financial Express are a few of the publications that are commonly suggested for GK preparation. The Chronicles, Business Today, Forbes, and India Today, along with the Manorama Year Book and the Competition Success Review for static GK should also be consulted for effectively preparing for the Indian & Global Environment section.
    • Make thorough notes on all significant subjects, including politics, history, business, and economy, as part of your static GK preparation and also for easy review.
    • Note significant accomplishments such as honors, awards, publications, publications, announcements, joint ventures, international trade, business events, etc. when it comes to being updated with current affairs. This practice will not only help you complete the MAT syllabus for the Indian and Global Environment section, but it will also broaden your knowledge overall, which could be useful in the group discussion and personal interview phases of the MBA admissions process.
    • Rigorously practice GK quizzes, sample papers, mock tests for MAT as well as sectional mock tests for the Indian & Global Environment section. Candidates should also make the most of the internet as a preparation resource to get ready for the MAT 2023 Indian and Global Environment section.
