List of Documents Required for CCMT 2023 Counselling
List of Documents Required for CCMT 2023 Counselling: CCMT 2023 registration for M.Tech admission in NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs is expected to commence tentatively in the second week of April 2023. The candidates are required to upload scanned images of the documents specified by the admission authority. The documents needed for CCMT 2023 counselling can be divided into two categories, viz., documents required for uploading and documents required for reporting. Candidates are advised to keep these documents ready before the commencement of counselling so that they can avoid last minute hurry.
LATEST - Since the GATE 2023 results are released, candidates can expect the CCMT 2023 counselling dates by April 2023.
List of Documents Required to Upload for CCMT 2023 Counselling
The scanned copy of documents that the candidates are required to upload while registering for the CCMT 2023 counselling are as follows –
- Class 10 Marksheet/ Certificate
- Photo ID Proof – Aadhaar Card/ Voter ID/ Driving License/ PAN Card
- Class 12 Marksheet/ Certificate
- Mark Sheet or Grade Sheet of UG Semester Exams (All semesters)
- Degree or Provisional Certificate (if the UG results are awaited, the candidates can obtain the ‘Course Completion Certificate’ from the CCMT website, fill it, get it signed by the principal and upload it on the CCMT portal)
- GATE Scorecard (2023/ 2022/ 2021)
- Category Certificate (applicable only for SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL - Issued after April 01, 2023/ EWS – Issued after April 01, 2023)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
Note: Candidates who do not have a valid EWS/ OBC-NCL certificate issued after April 01, 2023, he/ she can upload the 2023 certificate for time being. However, the latest certificate (2023) has to be produced at the time of admission. Such candidates will have to download an undertaking from the CCMT website, sign it and upload the same.
List of Documents Required for Physical Reporting after CCMT 2023 Seat Allotment
After accepting the seat allotment and payment of the seat allotment fee, the candidates will have to physically report to the allotted institute with the documents (original) mentioned below –
- Original copy of all the documents that are uploaded on the CCMT portal for verification
- Seat Acceptance Fee payment receipt
- Migration Certificate issued by the last studied college/ university
- Conduct Certificate issued by the last studied college/ university
- Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the last studied college/ university
- Printout of registration form and lock choices form
- Provisional Seat Allotment Letter (can be downloaded from CCMT login)
- Online Document Verification Certificate (can be downloaded from CCMT login after the certificate verification)
- One set of photocopy of documents uploaded on CCMT portal and seat acceptance fee payment receipt
- Three Passport Size Photographs (colour)
Note: The original documents will be returned to the candidates after the physical verification at the allotted institute.

Eligibility Criteria for B Tech Admissions in Odisha 2023
The eligibility criteria for B.Tech Admissions Odisha is given below. Some B.Tech colleges in Odisha consider JEE Main scores whereas other OJEE scores. The table below has eligibility criteria details for both JEE (Mains) and OJEE entrance exams.
Eligibility Criteria for JEE ( Mains)
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board in India.
Candidates must have opted for Physics, Mathematics and any one of the Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology as technical vocational subjects in class 12th.
Minimum Marks in Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have passed their qualifying examination (12th standard examination) with a minimum of 45% marks and 40% for reserved category candidates.
Eligibility Criteria for OJEE
Qualifying Exam: Candidate must have passed Class 12th or any equivalent examination to be eligible for OJEE 2023
Age Criteria: The lower age limit for this course is 17 years as of December 31, 2023. As proof of their age, candidates must submit H.S.C. or equivalent certificate during certificate verification at the time of OJEE Counselling.
Odisha Engineering (B.E/ B Tech) Admission Procedure 2023
Admission to some of the engineering colleges in Odisha is done on the basis of JEE (Mains) while other B.Tech colleges in Odisha consider OJEE scores for admissions. Some of the important stages involved in the B.Tech admission procedure of Odisha are elaborated below:

Odisha B.Tech Admissions begin once candidates have registered themselves and filled in their choices.

Candidates who want to participate in Odisha B.Tech admissions are required to pay a registration fee of Rs.450. The registration fee is non-refundable.

Once the candidates are done with the choice filling process, they will be given a choice locking facility.

After which the 1st round of allotment will be released. Allotted candidates then have to deposit part admission fee and report at the nodal centres for document verification.
