Overall: Indeed,CU is the best in Assam . Located centrally in Guwahati .Acquited with diverse curriculum from all arena , academics,sports Cultural,social , political,financial and skill.etc.

Placement: Students of CU is successfully in getting placements in various MNC,s ,Banks like HDFC, ICICI etc.recruit students according to their skills and ability. CU is successful in providing placement to more than 60% students.

Infrastructure: CU is well equipped with all kinds of stuffs needed for proper functioning of every department.Buildings , campus are developed in a modern way.Govt.of Assam is still improving the CU to provide world class facilities.

Faculty: CU is blessed to have highly intellectual faculty members. Almost 70% members being graduated from IIT,s ,Central universities of India ,And almost every faculty having a Doctorate degree .
