Courses at Maeer's MIT Institute of Design

MIT Institute of Design (MITID) offers B.Des and M.Des courses in various specialisations. MIT offers B.Des in Industrial Design, Communication Design, and Fashion Design. MIT Institute of Design (MITID) also offers M.Des in many fields with several specialisations that also include Design Management, Fashion Management and Marketing, Graphic Design, Film and Video Design, etc.

The intake for B.Des course is 200 and an additional number of 60 seats are provided for B.Des in fashion programmes at MIT Institute of Design. The total number of seats for the M.Des programmes at MITID is 150. The fees for Bachelor in Design (B.Des) at MIT Institute of Design is Rs. 5,64,750 and that of the Master in Design (M.Des) courses is Rs. 7,46,000. MIT Institute of Design (MITID) also offers a twinning programme in which the institute initiates student exchange in collaboration with some foreign universities. Through this programme, students will have the opportunity of pursuing the course either in India or abroad. These twinning programmes are four years long (2 + 2) and are offered in Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc).

Dear Student,

The fees for pursuing B.Des at MIT Institute of Design, Pune is ₹ 5,64,500/- (annual) for Indian Nationals and ₹ 7,45,500/- (annual) for NRI, PIO, OCI & Foreign Nationals. The aforementioned fees include Tuition, Holistic Development, Development, University, Hostel, Laundry, Mess and Security fee.

The annual hostel fee charged from students from all the categories is ₹ 85,000/-. Also, the tuition fee for Indian Nationals is ₹ 3,15,000/- and for NRI, PIO, OCI & Foreign Nationals is ₹ 4,72,000/-.

The fee for B.Des course is same in all the institutes across the country. However, the course fee in various institutes ranges between Rs. 2,00,000 to Rs. 3,00,000.
