• Complete Refund: Apart from a processing fee of Rs 1,000, the entire fee will be refunded prior to the commencement of classes. 
• Partial Refund (50%): If the candidate withdraws within 15 days from the start of classes, 50% of the fee will be refunded. 
• No Refund: No refund will be issued after 30 days from the date of the commencement of classes, hostel fees will not be refunded. 
• Refund Procedure: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing along with the original documents, and will be processed within 30 days from the date of request. 
• Medical Exception: Exceptions may be made in case of medical emergencies, upon submission of valid medical proof.
