- Open the fee payment section and select your program and the current semester.
- Choose a payment mode: net banking, credit or debit card, UPI, or demand draft.
- Pay the one-time admission fee and first-semester fee to confirm your seat; later fees are paid per semester.
- Download and save the payment receipt for your records.
DBS Global University has education-loan tie-ups with SBI, PNB, and ICICI Bank, which students can avail against the admission letter.
DBS Global University Refund Policy 2026
DBS Global University's 2026 refund deadline is July 15. Full academic fees are refundable before this date, while late withdrawals forfeit all except the security deposit, minus ₹1,000. Hostel fees are non-refundable after the academic session begins.
DBS Global University Academic Fee Refunds
The final deadline to apply for an academic refund is July 15, 2026 (or as per the latest UGC notification, which can modify this date).
- Before the Deadline: Students seeking a withdrawal before July 15, 2026, will receive a refund of the entire fees paid (or in accordance with the latest UGC guidelines).
- After the Deadline: If a student requests a refund after July 15, 2026, no fees will be refunded except for the Security Amount. This security deposit refund is subject to a ₹1,000 processing fee deduction and the adjustment of any valid outstanding dues.
- Special Extensions: If a student is granted a special extension to pay their remaining fees after confirming admission but fails to deposit the balance amount on time, the initial deposited amount will be completely forfeited.
DBS Global University Hostel Fee Refunds
Hostel facilities are committed on a yearly basis, and students are generally not permitted to withdraw from the hostel during the academic year under normal circumstances.
- Before the Session Begins: If a student applies to withdraw from the hostel prior to the commencement of the academic session, the hostel charges will be refunded, minus the cost of the admission fees.
- During the Academic Year: No refunds are admissible for withdrawing from the hostel once the session is underway.

Overall My experience in the campus has been really good so far. The curriculum here is very nice and aligns perfectly with the industry standards. The faculty here is really cooperative and guides you throughout the journey. And since I'm currently staying in hostel and they are well maintained as well so overall it has been a great experience so far.
Faculty The faculties here are very experienced and well qualified. They listen to the needs of students and try to cater to their problems. They give various live projects to students that not only serves as their assignments but also adds up in the resume.
