DOMS Roorkee Admission 2026 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

Candidates who want to get admission in the IIT Roorkee with an MBA course in the Department of Management Studies (DoMS) have to crack CAT Examination. Follow the below details for more details of IIT Roorkee DoMS MBA Admission 2020-21.

The eligibility criteria for taking admissions in the MBA course of IIT Roorkee’s Department of Management Studies is set by the department. Some of the prescribed eligibility criteria for admission in 2020-21 session of MBA course in IIT Roorkee are as follows,

• The candidate must have completed his/her graduation from any UGC recognised university with minimum 60% percentile scored
• The candidate must have appeared for CAT examination and has a valid score.

DoMS IIT Roorkee MBA Application Process 2020

The IIT Roorkee DoMS MBA application portal for 2020-21 session will open a day after the commencement of CAT Examination. The students will have to visit the IIT Roorkee official website for making their applications. The students will have to register with their biodata, contact details and previous academic records and play the application fees of 1,600/- rupees for General and OBC candidates and 800/- rupees for SC, ST and PwD Candidates.

DoMS IIT Roorkee MBA Selection Process 2020

The selection process for DoMS in IIT Roorkee for MBA course 2020-21 will start after the declaration of CAT 2019 Results. The cutoff requirement of the MBA Session 2020 will be released by IIT Roorkee. Then, candidates complementing to the Cutoff will be called up to the institute for Personal Interview and Group Discussion Sessions. The candidate will be admitted after calculating the wight out of 100. The maximum weightage are as follows,

• CAT Percentile: 65%
• Group Discussion: 10%
• Personal Interview: 20%
• Work Experience: 5%

The final merit list will be prepared according to the weightage percentage scored by the candidates according to the above parameters. The students who will have their names on the merit list will have to visit the institute personally to complete the admission process by depositing the admission fees.
