    Dear Nandini

Admission to Deshbandhu College is no longer based on the class 12 percentage obtained by aspiring candidates. For undergraduate admissions to the college, the CUET UG exam acts as the major criterion for Deshbandhu College admission. On the other hand, for postgraduate admissions, the CUET PG exam is the major eligibility criterion. Once you appear for the CUET exam for UG/PG as applicable, the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) of Delhi University releases multiple seat allotment lists. If your name is mentioned in the list and you have been allotted a college, you either ‘accept’ the seat or skip it and try for another round.

Dear student, if you are applying for B.Sc (Prog) Life Science course offered at Deshbandhu College New Delhi, then you must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in PCB/Biotechnology along with either securing pass marks in one compulsory language or 40% aggregate at the qualifying level. However, your selection will be done on the basis of “Best of Three” aggregate score, i,e the marks secured by you in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology at the qualifying level. The same selection procedure will be carried out for admission in all the undergraduate degree programmes offered in the field of Applied Sciences and Sciences.
