Overall: Hi, I am a third-year student at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University. I am a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering student. The aerospace branch is a core department so students are also in a very limited number, unlike CSE or ECE. I opted for a 2-seater AC room so the hostel fee was Rs 1,15,000 per year. Placement wise the college has good placements. Branches like CSE do get better placements but Aerospace placements were not good it may be because there are fewer jobs available in the market. I would suggest Dev Bhoomi to everyone since the college values quality education and is considerate towards students' careers. The aerospace engineering fees is Rs 62,500 per sem and you can also get scholarships as per your academic performance.

Placement: There were ample amount of opportunities available during placement at Dev Bhoomi. I opted for higher studies and I got admission in the USA. My batchmates got placed in reputed companies like Air India, Indigo, Spicejet, etc.

Infrastructure: In Dev Bhoomi, the infrastructure is well-built. Students are given all the facilities. You can get food, clothing, and stationary everything is available so you need not worry to go out and get things.

Faculty: Faculties are well-educated and very helpful. Most of them have high education and have worked at many top universities. I owe my paper publication to my mentor and project head.

Hostel: There are numerous options when it comes to choosing a hostel at the university. All types of rooms are available at the hostels. You can get AC and non-AC rooms that are two-seaters and 3 seaters. Hostel charges in laundry and mess services. Hostel fees range between Rs 80,000 to Rs 1,15,000 per year.

Overall: Dev Bhoomi's Uttarakhand University is a well-established institute in Dehradun for Ayurvedic studies. I opted for the BAMS programme which is a 5.5-year UG programme that involves the study of Ayurveda. The curriculum offers both theoretical and practical education, with a focus on Ayurvedic concepts for disease diagnosis and treatment. The facilities offered by the university include an Ayurvedic plant museum and a well-equipped library, which is an excellent resource for those interested in learning about Ayurveda. Placement opportunities are high for BAMS students.

Placement: After completing the BAMS programme, graduates can practice as Ayurvedic physicians, or they can pursue higher education in Ayurveda by doing a postgraduate program. They can also work in hospitals, clinics, and health centres, or they can start their own practice. Moreover, the univeristy has a strong placement record. More than 75% of students get placed on a yearly basis.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is above average. The university has well-maintained labs, classrooms, libraries and a museum. Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the campus. My department has a general ward, ICU ward, pathology lab, anatomy lab, panchakarma lab, OT, etc.

Faculty: The university adorns highly qualified faculty. In my department, the professors are professional doctors practising medicine for more than 5 years. The quality of teaching is 10 out of 10. The faculty-to-student ratio is 30:1.

Hostel: Living in a university hostel is a blissful experience, especially for medical students. The hostel becomes our second home. The university offers hostel facilities for both male and female students. The fee is around 70,000 for triple-sharing rooms. The mess provides wholesome food.

Overall: Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University has been offering the ideal setting for its students' total development over the years. I've been at this university for three long years, and it's been quite the ride. At times, I didn't agree with some of the decisions made by the teachers and their behaviour towards the students. But this is a general issue. In spite of this, I had tracked the expansion over the past years before taking admission to the university. In Uttarakhand, it won the "Best Placement and Academics" and "Best Placement Engineering in Education Excellence" prizes.

Placement: The placement opportunities at the university are many. Some of the major participating recruiters are NPTEL, Apollo Pharmacy, Capgemini, TCS, Cognizant, Daffodil, Infosys, Jaro, IFB, Reliance Industries Limited, OYO, Accenture, Just Dial, HCL, L&T Infotech, Gemini Solutions, WIC, Paytm, Bridgestone, Genpact, Decathlon, Swiggy, HP, Tata Motors etc. The highest salary package offered to the students ranges between Rs 4 to 7 Lakhs per annum.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is very beautiful with the amalgamation of traditional as well as modern facilities. There are various facilities available at Dev Bhoomi University such as a hostel for both boys and girls, an auditorium to host various cultural and extra-curricular activities, There is a canteen that offers lip-smacking food options for the candidates. There is a sports complex with all the facilities of equipment for the students. Also, there is a seminar hall, banking facilities and other facilities available at the campus.

Faculty: The Dev Bhoomi University has experienced and highly qualified faculty members who are alumni of some reputed organisations throughout the world. They lead students towards a more promising future. The university's academic curriculum prepares the students for the afterlife of their degree completion. They are well-prepared for the future beforehand. The management of the university has to prioritise finishing the course on time, every year.

Overall: I graduated in 2019 after i completed my BBA from this college. My fees was Rs 75,000 per year, I dont assume it has changed much since then. Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University provides a positive atmosphere for students and the curriculum is great overall. The campus is surrounded by beautiful hills and offers a serene environment for studying and personal growth. The university was awarded for its excellent placements and engineering courses.

Placement: One of the key highlights of Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University is its strong placement record. The university has a dedicated placement cell that actively engages with top companies and organizes regular placement drives. The highest package was Rs 3.7 LPA when I graduated. During my placements our batch got good placement opportunities, with renowned big companies like HCL, JK Tyres, Justdial and swiggy.

Infrastructure: The university has impressive facilities which are even not available in the top universities in India. The campus is well-designed, theres trees surrounding the walkways and modern amenities. The classrooms are spacious and well-maintained AC rooms, providing a good environment for focusing on your studies. The library is well-stocked with a vast collection of books, journals, and online resources, supporting students' academic pursuits effectively.

Faculty: The faculty at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University is highly knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to their respective fields. They have good academic backgrounds being from NIT’s and some are PhD holders. The professors are approachable and always willing to clarify doubts and provide guidance. Some also use interactive teaching methods ike charts and stuff and encourage students to participate actively in discussions, to develop a healthy learning environment.

Hostel: The hostel rooms at the college were well-maintained and comfortable. The hostels provide literally the best times and environment for students to rest and study in. The rooms are spacious, furnished with a few things and provide a pleasant living experience. The university takes care of cleanliness, security, and basic amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for all students. For the price youre paying, upwards of Rs 70k for 3 bed rooms, it is worth it.

Overall: I studied B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering (2014-18) from Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University. If you have some goals in life and want to achieve them then DBUU will provide you the platform to achieve them. The experienced faculty members and industry standard course curriculum at the university are the reason I am having a successful professional career. 50% seats in the university are reserved for students with Utrrakhand domicile.

Placement: Every year around 85% of students are placed. Students who do not have backlogs are eligible to sit for placements. During my time, numerous renowned companies such as Tech Mahindra, OYO, Bridgstone etc. came for campus placements and hired students. I was one of them. The placement cell conducts aptitude classes, mock interviews and group discussions to boost students' confidence and prepare them for the placement.

Infrastructure: The university campus is built over an area of 42 acres. The university has a library with an adequate number of books. For students who are interested in sports, facilities for indoor and outdoor sports are present at the campus. For practical classes, well equipped laboratories are there. The university provides transport facilities for students residing in Dehradun.

Faculty: The faculty members were very supportive and helpful. Students can reach out to them any time and discuss their professional and personal problems. For track progress, every 20 students had a mentor who conducted one v one sessions with us to ensure things are going well. Majority of the faculty members are PhD or completed master’s degree from a renowned university.

Hostel: I was a local student so didn’t get a chance to reside in a hostel. However, I went into the hostel with my friends. The hostel rooms are good enough to provide comfortable stay for two students. There are basic facilities such as RO, geyser, 24 hours electricity and many more available at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University.

Overall: Since I was a child i had have interest in science. The Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University admissions process is easy to understand and candidates must meet the institution's qualifying requirements. They can then look forward to the DBUU application process if they match the specified conditions.

Placement: Dev Bhoomi is a reputable institution for placements. Each year, numerous students are placed. Top hiring firms include TCS, Infosys, Mahindra, Jaro, Cognizant, and Daffodils, among others. Good compensation packages are provided.

Infrastructure: Dev Bhoomi's Uttarakhand University is well-known throughout the state for being the top educational institution with excellent facilities. The DBUU has promised to give its students and faculty members with a world-class education and modern facilities. To make teaching easier, the institute provides a perfect blend of theoretical and practical knowledge to its students in its lecture rooms, which are equipped with all types of current equipment such as LCD projectors, audiovisual systems, and so on.

Faculty: They helped me alot to be honest. Very much experienced and presentations were provided to us as well. I still have contact with them. They provide good notes and everything

Overall: In my opinion, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University offers the perfect environment for the holistic development of its students. I have been in this university for three long years and the experience was a rollercoaster. There were times when I was not happy with some of the decisions made by the faculty. But, this happens everywhere you go! So, keeping aside this point, I have seen the university grow in all these years. My university received the “Best Placement Engineering in Education Excellence” in Uttarakhand and “Best Placement and Academics” awards. Admission to most courses is done based on entrance exams. I will not be able to tell the fees for all the courses but the registration fee is around Rs 5,000.

Placement: Our university has an excellent placement rate. Companies such as Swiggy, Tech Mahindra, JK Tyres and many more visit the campus during the placement session. In 2021, the placement percentage recorded was 75%. Over 520 offers were made and the highest LPA was recorded as 3.7 LPA. Almost all students received internships in various companies throughout the city. NPTEL, Apollo Pharmacy, Capgemini, TCS, Cognizant, Daffodil, Infosys, Jaro, IFB, Reliance Industries Limited, OYO, Accenture, Genpact, Decathlon, HP, Tata Motors, Hitachi, AcademiaGuru.com, Wipro were some of the top recruiters in 2022.

Infrastructure: Because of its hilly setting, the college has excellent infrastructure and is naturally air-conditioned. The 42-acre campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The canteen and cafe are good but the food quality can be improved. We also had an anti-ragging committee. The majority of the labs are integrated into one enormous hall, although the labs are adequate and learning equipment is accessible. The majority of the books are available in the library.

Faculty: My faculty members were helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. We were provided with excellent instruction and guidance during our classes, practical sessions and even outside the academic area like career guidance, current affairs etc . Aside from that, we had guest lecturers from top educational institutions that not only helped with our subjects but also helped us get ready for employment. Faculty members never failed to provide us with relevant information.

Hostel: Our hostel rooms had an almirah, a table, a chair, a bed, an attached bathroom and a washroom. The hostel wardens are quite helpful and respect our privacy. Overall, the hostel condition is average. There is no separate TV room or study room which is a must. There is no indoor games facility as well. However, outdoor games facilities are available. The hostel fee for my two-seater AC room was Rs 1.1 lakhs and that of the non-AC two-seater is Rs 90,000. Three seater non-AC room price is Rs 80,000.

Overall: My name is Rahul Srivastava and I studied B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University. In my opinion, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University is a decent college for B.Tech in CSE. Even though the placements is not so great but the teachers were very sportive and highly educated.

Placement: The Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University placements are not great, and I was very disappointed during the placements. Even though I got a job at OYO, the package offered was very low. I got a package of Rs 3 LPA, and I am not satisfied with it. The only good thing was the number of offers I received. I got a total of 4 offers, and I chose OYO as it offers the maximum salary and job in my dream city Bangalore.

Infrastructure: Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University has a big campus of 42 acres and all the administrative buildings, classrooms, hostels, and other facilities are all inside this gree campus. Some of the facilities available at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University are Auditorium, Hostel, Canteen, Computer Lab, Mess, Library, Medical Facilities, Classroom, Sports, Transportation, free WiFi, Seminar Hall, Cafeteria, Laboratories, and more.

Faculty: The Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University faculty members were very helpful towards us. They helped us wherever we used to fall behind other students. I remember in my second semester when I was ill and my teachers provided me separate classes to help me catch up with the rest of my class.

Hostel: The hostel at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University offers hostel rooms for both men and women. The hostel rooms were available in twin and triple occupancy. The Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University hostel cost per year starts at Rs 77,500 for the triple occupancy rooms.

Overall: Hello, I am Sunidhi and I am a 6th semester B.Pharm student at Dev Bhoomi School of Pharmacy and Research. Our college is a part of Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University. My elder brother was also a student in my department. So, I took this college for my higher studies looking at this career success. The annual fee for B.Pharm is Rs 1,50,000. We also need to pay additional charges like admission fees, caution money, enrollment fee, etc. at the time of admission.

Placement: As I am a final year student, placement is right now at the top of my mind. Last year, I did a summer internship programme at Sun Pharma. I learned so many things during my entire internship tenure. A number of companies from the pharma sector hire from our schools. Some of them are Sun Pharma, Rusan, Zenith, MWIDM, and many others. The average salary stays around Rs 3.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our campus in Uttarakhand is huge and beautiful. Our school has a number of labs like Anatomy & Physiology Lab, Instrumentation Room, Herbal Garden, Microbiology Lab, Machine Room, Pharm. Analysis Lab, Pharmacology Lab, etc. that help us in building our practical skills. There are also various clubs such as Sphoorti and Surtaal Club for sports and cultural activities.

Faculty: Our teachers are good. However, they are very strict about the semester exams. So, one needs to study very hard to score well. They also take various initiatives to organise seminars, guest lectures, and seminars. All of these give our study an extra edge.

Hostel: As I am not a resident of the hostels, I cannot give a detailed review. There are hostels for both boys and girls. The rooms are shared and boarders get mess facilities at the hostel. My friends say that food items are also very tasty and prepared following hygienic practices.

Overall: DEV BHOOMI UNIVERSITY OR DBUU is the Worst College in Dehradun. You’re better off with shivalik etc but not this Pit. They’re organized rippers and they’ll make your experience worse and leave you with nothing but regrets. Here’s my Experience. 1. The FINES, For everything there’s a fine. Even if you have an Education loan and the bank requires your results before they can release your fee, They wouldn’t accept this as a reason. and keep piling up fines like no other college in Dehradun. They wouldn’t let you sit in exams if your fee’s are not settled. THERE;S ALSO FINE FOR NOT PAYING FINE ON TIME. FREAKING ROBBERS. [ 50–60k fee and close to 70k fine for late fee. Even though we were on Education Loan] 2. Very insecure place for your girl child. I had an incident, A student was causing trouble to my sibling. We filed a complaint with management and the management fined US with 20,000 Rs for reporting. They even threated if we take police action, They’re going to suspend us. 3. There’re Dog fights outside campus all the time. My residence is located nearby another college far from DBUU. There’re fights as well. But i’ve not seen as many fights outside DBUU as i’ve seen with any other college. 4. Faculties can’t speak english properly and faculties are changed 2–3 times every semester. 5. Be prepared to see some fee in your fee structure that is too much ambiguous and they can’t explain you what it is. They’d be more than happy to fit in with something you’ve never heard. 6. Don’t get lured by the Gimmicks you see or you’ve heard as reality inside is dark and it’s a headache. Placements are not that luring anyways since the much better college like UIT, DIT and graphic are more or less same in fee structure on paper but far better than this hell. If your luck is BAD and you’re stuck in this college, I’m sorry for you. But if you still have a chance, Save your child’s future and your hard earned money and stay away from this pit. If you’ve been a victim of this ripping baniya institute, Please like the post and help others.

Placement: The college has below average placement. College spams the campus with companies paying 15-20k/ month. Is that what you deserve after paying this much money. You can easily get same placement from any other college by paying less. Do your research and ask feedbacks from students outside campus.

Infrastructure: Though Campus is Huge and institution is in Profit. But they've been relying on Govt to fix the bad road that has been there since forever. Provided that they impose unrealistic fines, They should've worked inside as well as outside the door.

Faculty: Many Faculties Can't even speak english Properly. Some are easy to spot chewing Gutkha. Faculties are changes mid semester very often. Faculties are not very knowledgeable or helpful either esp when needed.

Hostel: Don't know much about the hostel since luckily i didn't fell for thus gimmick. But i've freinds in hostel who complaint about hostel food and students doing drugs inside campus.

Overall: one of the finest educational Institutions in Uttarakhand . Academics leads to overall development of students. As far as I might be concerned, it was the nature of training that truly let me as the year progressed, it took a hinderance to my grades and I felt like this scholarly year was certainly not a genuine impression of my abilities. In case I had the option to visit the grounds and utilize the offices there just as involvement with individual educating, then, at that point, my score would have radically improved.

Placement: The placement of this college is excellent. There are so many companies visit in our college like INFOSYS, WIPRO, AIRTEL, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA and so on.

Overall: College is good in all the aspects. Placement of the college is good 73% students placed in the companies with good package. Faculties are very knowledgeable, supportive.

Placement: Placement of the college is very good. Approx 73% Students placed every year in reputed companies. 140+ companies visited our campus for the placement. They offers Average salary package of 4.5LPA. They also offers internship to the pre-final year students.

Overall: college is very good at placements.I got placement in my last semester of MBA in HCL Technologies.More than 100 companies visits the campus every year for placement and the placement record is 75%.

Placement: placement of the college is really good .DBGI is known for its placement in overall Dehradun .All the course have good placement here whether it is pharmacy,b.tech,MBA and all other courses
