Candidates seeking admission at Dr. C.V. Raman University, Madhya Pradesh need to submit the application form before the deadline. They can apply for admission in either of the following ways.

• Obtaining the application form by hand at the university office or at the city of Madhya Pradesh by paying INR 500 via cash or DD. The Demand Draft should be issued in the favour of "Dr. C.V. Raman University" payable at Madhya Pradesh.
• Downloading the application form from the official website of the university and submitting it along with the DD of INR 500 drawn in the favour of "Dr. C.V. Raman University" payable at Madhya Pradesh. An additional amount of INR 100 is to be included in the DD as the postal charges.

Candidates should note that the application form should be filled in their own handwriting and by blank ink only. They have to provide their email address and mobile number in the application form.

• Candidates who have applied for admission will be informed about the date, time & venue of the Admission Procedure (Written Test and/ or Group Discussion and/Interview/ Direct Admission) on the official website of the University.
• In case of direct admission, it would be carried out based on the merit list of the forms received.
• The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the official website of the University. An email will be sent to the email address provided by candidates. An SMS will also be sent to their mobile number regarding your selection with the due date for verification of documents and fee submission.
• Failure to pay the fee within the specified date or to report for classes after payment of fee will entail cancellation of admission.
