Institute for Excellence in Higher Education (IEHE), was established in the year 1955, and is an autonomous institute. IEHE is recognized by UGC, and is accredited by NAAC. Institute for Excellence in Higher Education works under the guidance of IEHES (Institute for Excellence in Higher Education Society), Bhopal. IEHE was conceived by the state governement with the objective of grooming the manpower to meet the emerging challenges. Institute for Excellence in Higher Education offers various Bachelor Degree Courses in Computer Application (BCA), Commerce (B.Com.), Science (B.Sc.), and Arts (B.A.). IEHE also offers Master Degree course in Mathematics (M.Sc.). The Institute offers the following honours courses at the Undergraduate level and Post Graduate courses in selected subjects. The duration of these UG and PG programme are 06 and 04 semesters respectively. Each academic session is divided into 2 semesters. The applicant may opt for any one of the honours subjects and in addition has to select any one of the subsidiary subjects in the scheme mentioned below for UG Programme. The foundation course is compulsory for all students. The onset of the new session heralds new resolutions for a devoted commitment to new endeavors in IEHE's journey towards quality enhancement of Higher Education in the heartland of India. The two decades of checkered experiences have been monumental-churning out ignited and empowered minds to helm various Organizations, Corporate Sectors, MNCs, Banking Sectors etc.
