MCSGOC offers academic, research, healthcare, residential, sports, and technology facilities. Wi-Fi Campus
All academic blocks, hostels, library and other central facilities are interconnected through access points to a campus-wide wireless network. The college provides internet access through a 25 Mbps, 24x7 Internet Broadband link. This ensures uninterrupted connectivity to support academics, research, studies, and knowledge sharing across the entire campus.

Information Technology (IT) Centre
MCSGOC has a state-of-the-art IT Centre with over 1000+ computers, built in a 10,000+ sq. ft. area with facilities for video-conferencing. It serves the growing field of IT/ITES/BPO and Engineering services for various agencies through tie-ups, and has an in-house developed intranet that supports all employee and project management processes.

Online Examination Centre
MCSGOC is the only technical private institution with a Pan India presence due to its core activity in the IT sector. It conducts the highest number of online examinations in U.P., averaging two exams per week, including BARC, UPSE, GATE, NTPS, BHEL, BITS Pilani, SEBI, Coal India, CBI, LIC, Jal Nigam, IBPS, NPCIL, and all major banks.

Finger Print Recognition System for AIPMT
This system was introduced to curb fraud of impersonation at competitive examinations. Fingerprints are taken using inkless pads during exams and matched against saved records at the time of counseling. During the AIPMT exam, a world record was created when around 6 lakh students gave their fingerprints in just 3 hours using this system.

Centre for Biotechnology
The Group has established a Centre for Bio-Technology to meet the regional requirement of plants, horticulture, and bio-fertilizers for farmers of the state. It houses the biggest commercial laboratory in UP producing International Standard Tissue Culture plants of various crops. The main objective is to provide a commercial interface for agriculture.

Bio Gas Plant
The Bio Gas Plant was designed by Bio Technology and Mechanical students and is used to prepare food for students residing in the hostel. A special arrangement is in process where the Bio Gas can also be used for running generators and geysers. The Bio Gas Plant setup used at the college is as per UNICEF standards.

Solar Panel
MCSGOC has installed solar panels as part of its commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly energy use on campus. This green energy initiative reduces dependence on conventional electricity and supports the college's environmentally responsible approach to infrastructure management.

Electronic Projects
The electronics team works on creating Electronic Chokes for tube-lights and 1 Watt LED bulbs in-campus from scratch for the purpose of small-scale production. This initiative reflects the practical, hands-on engineering culture at MCSGOC and provides students with real-world production experience.

Auditorium
MCSGOC has a centrally air-conditioned auditorium with sofa seating, with a capacity of above 500 students. It is equipped with the latest LCD projectors and sound systems. The auditorium serves as the venue for cultural events, seminars, conferences, and major institutional gatherings.

Central Library
The Central Library stocks a rich collection of over 10,000 books, 120 national and international journals, 33,931 titles of e-journals, and a database of 9,12,042 periodical articles. It is part of the DELNET membership, enabling users to access over 100 lakh records including books, periodicals, thesis, dissertations, and video/sound recordings. The library is managed by Libsys software, offering end-to-end library management through comprehensive modules.

Language Lab
The Language Lab is equipped with the latest language software and audio-visual aids to help students enhance their English communication skills. It plays a vital role in developing communication proficiency, especially for students from diverse cultural backgrounds who find English challenging. The lab is fitted with Lingua Phone popular learning software.

Sports Facilities
MCSGOC has a full-fledged sports department that organizes sports meets and sends teams to various inter-college competitions. College Gym
The gymnasium has a main workout area consisting of free weights including dumbbells, barbells, rowing machines, stationary exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, and exercise machines. The area is equipped with mirrors so students can monitor and maintain correct posture during workouts. All exercise is conducted under the supervision of qualified fitness instructors.

Hostel

Hospital (Dr. R.R. Sinha Memorial Hospital / MCSCMS)
MCSGOC has a 300-bedded NABH-accredited hospital running within the campus to provide proper medical facilities to students, staff, faculty, and even local area residents. It has 8 wards covering Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Paediatrics, and Orthopaedics, along with 5 Operation Theatres and 4 ICUs (ICU, ICCU, PICU, NICU). It caters to 500–600 patients per day and conducts 50–60 operations daily, providing medicines free of cost to patients, and is empanelled with Ayushman Bharat.

Radiology
The Radiology department at MCSCMS offers every clinical imaging subspecialty using the most advanced state-of-the-art technology available to diagnose and treat disease. The department is equipped with X-Ray machines, Ultrasound machines, and Colour Doppler equipment to support all radio-diagnostic needs. This ensures all investigations can be carried out in-house without referring patients elsewhere.

Dispensary (MCSCOP)
The college has a charitable dispensary running on the premises to provide proper medical facilities free of cost to students, staff, faculty, workers, and local area residents. It was opened in the memory of the late Dr. Ram Ratan Sinha. The dispensary is fully equipped to meet all sorts of emergencies and provides first aid including suturing and blood tests.

Animal House (CCSEA – MCSCOP)
The Animal House is an integral part of the pharmacy college, where animals are studied for the evaluation of drug efficacy and toxicity testing. It is built and maintained strictly in accordance with CPCSEA guidelines to ensure humane care for the animals. Students also experiment through Ex-Pharm software using simulated experimenting methods.

Herbal Garden (MCSCOP)
The College of Pharmacy maintains a well-kept herbal garden containing plants of significant medicinal value such as Brahmi, Eucalyptus, Shankhpushpi, Peppermint, Tulsi, and Lemon.
