The GATE 2026 correction window is now active at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Candidates can make necessary edits to their application forms through the GOAPS portal until November 3, 2025.
The registration for JEE Main 2026 is expected to begin on October 15, 2025, at jeemain.nta.nic.in and will remain open until November 2025. The Session 1 of the JEE Main 2026 exam is scheduled for January 2026, while Session 2 will take place in April 2026
The last date to apply for GATE 2026 for M.Tech and research program admissions has been extended to October 13, 2025, with the applicable late fee. The examination will be held on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, and will be conducted in two sessions daily.
The registration for JEE Main 2026 is set to begin shortly on the official NTA website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The examination will be conducted in two sessions, scheduled for January and April 2026.
Pass marks in H.S/ Equivalent Exam with a relevant stream and a certified board of secondary education.
Graduation from recognized university in relevant stream.
50% marks for generation category & 45% marks for SC/ST, Blind, Physically Handicapped and Visually Impaired Candidates in qualifying examination. There shall be no rounding off of percentage of marks of the qualifying examination from 0.5% and above to the next higher number for determining the eligibility i.e. 49.5% will not be rounded off to 50%.
