GITM Gurgaon campus has a library with 20,000+ books, 500-computer centre, boys and girls hostels, sports complex, gym, 500-seat Vivekanand Auditorium, 300-seat seminar hall, cafeteria, and engineering labs. AC bus transport covers Delhi–NCR routes at INR 30,000–47,000 per year.

Library

A library is the heart, mind, and soul of an educational institution. Learning and library are to each other as the light to the lamp. The institute has a huge, well-stocked library with a seating capacity of more than 200 students and a rich collection of more than 20,000 textbooks/reference books, National, International & E-Journals, CD-ROMs to support the intellectual desire of knowledge seekers.

Hostel

The Global Institute provides a home away from home in terms of its hostel accommodation for both UG & PG boys and girls. The hostels are equipped with all necessary facilities such as A/C and non-A/C rooms, 24 Hours free Wi-Fi connectivity and Intercom, round the clock electricity backup and security arrangement, Medical Room (Doctor on panel/campus) and Indoor sports facilities.

Transportation

Global Institute has its own transportation facilities from different parts of Delhi, Gurgaon & NCR. (Bus facility is provided on a yearly basis.) and all are equipped with A/C.

Note: Transport is optional. Students residing within easy commuting distance of the campus may opt out. Bus routes are subject to availability and may change. Confirm your area's route at the admissions office.

Computer Center

The Institute has a state-of-the-art computer resource center with 10 Nos. of Computer Laboratories, all equipped with servers and having 500 computers with the latest software and providing 24 hours Wi-Fi internet connectivity & unlimited access to students and faculty members. The center has a 20mbps broadband lease line Internet connection to meet the growing needs of the students. E-Learning center has more than 1500 National and International online journals & center.

Sports

Sports complex with various indoor & outdoor games facility such as volleyball, football, basketball cricket, Table Tennis, Badminton, Chess, Carom & other such facilities within college premises.

Gym

A modern Gym with high-quality equipment is provided in the hostel, where students can get rejuvenated and keep themselves healthy and fit.

Auditorium

The Institute has State-of-the-art Auditorium named Vivekanand Auditorium in C2 Block with a seating capacity of over 500 audiences. The Auditorium is air-conditioned and equipped with all modern gadgets required to facilitate E-Learning through latest technology to enable this student to keep them abreast of the latest globally emerging trend. National & International Seminar, Conferences, Workshop, Speaker Sessions, training programs are conducted here. A plethora of extra-mural activities, inter-college theoretical, musical, literary and cultural events are organized in the auditorium.

Cafeteria

A well planned and laid out cafeteria provides food and refreshments at reasonable rates. The food quality is monitored regularly by a special committee. It is the most happening & visited place on the campus. A Cafe Coffee Day is well stocked, hygienic and provides service with smile facility of healthy and tasty eatables and drinkables.

Seminar hall

There is one spacious, well-furnished & well-equipped Seminar hall with a sealing accommodation of 300 audiences in C1 Block, with digital board, OHP, Sound, and Light system. It provides a platform for presentation, in the house and inter-college contests, meetings, and other gatherings.

Laboratories

The workshop is well equipped with instruments, machines, CNC, Lathes, etc. and tools to provide sound and in-depth knowledge and hands-on training to the students as per the curriculum.

GITM Gurgaon hostel fees for 2026 range from INR 60,000 per year (4-seater Non-AC, Boys Hostel) to INR 1,30,000 per year (2-seater AC with attached washroom, Boys Hostel). Fees are payable in two instalments. AC and Non-AC accommodation options are available for boys and girls.

Students sharing a hostel room with 3 others in a Non-AC setup pay INR 75,000 per year, making it the most economical residential option. The premium 2-seater AC room with an attached washroom at INR 1,30,000 is exclusive to Boys Hostel. All hostel buildings are on-campus at Farrukhnagar, Gurgaon.
