Applications are usually invited online through the GKPGC website or offline through designated centres. The application form will require you to fill in your personal details, academic qualifications, and other relevant information. You may also need to upload scanned copies of your mark sheets, certificates, and other documents. Some Govt Kaktiya PG college courses might require you to take an entrance exam, like PGCET (for PG courses) or CG-PAT (for certain UG courses). The exam dates and registration process will be announced on the college website. 

According to the official admissions brochure of Govt Kaktiya PG College, admissions for BA programs will begin in June 2025. Additionally, no applications/admissions will be granted after the mid-week of August 2025 (per the past year data)
