The Library Committee which was formed in November 2008 looks after the library and sees that it is constantly updated with books and other reading materials. It maintains record of all books in the library and sees that it function well to the benifit of students and faculty.The Games and Sports Committee of the college is one of the most important co-curricular body of the college. It is under the overall guidance and supervision of this committee that college Weeks are conducted every year and participation in various sports events like Lai Students Association. Sports and Inter College and University Sports take place.Canteen Committee of Govt. Lawngtlai College has been run since 2008 to improve, monitor and functioning the canteen smoothly. The main purpose of this committee is to provide good and better quality of tea, snacks and food items to students and staff. A seperate canteen building is run in college campus looked after by local entrepreneur through tender system.
