GNDU PhD : Fees, Courses, Eligibility & Admission 2025

GNDU PhD is a 3 Years program offered in multiple specializations. To qualify for a Ph.D. program at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in Amritsar, candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade. There is a 5% relaxation in minimum marks for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) and differently-abled candidates. Eligibility also requires passing the GNDU Ph.D. Eligibility Test in the respective subject. However, candidates with UGC/CSIR-NET (including JRF), NET/SLET/GATE, or M.Phil. qualifications are exempt from this test.
