GNITC Application Process 2020

Check out the steps given below for how to apply for the Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus Application Form 2020:-

  • Candidate have to go through the official application website of GNITC or visit the mentioned reference link (www.gniindia.org/Admission-Form.php)

  • Then fill up the application form by providing all your Personal Details, Address, & Qualifying Examination

  • Select the appropriate UG / PG program for admission while filling up the application form

  • Then the applicant has to fill up the application form with all the necessary information & required documents.

  • Upon completion of the application form, the application portal will guide the applicant to the payment page

  • Use the Net Banking / Credit Card or Debit Card to pay the application fee.

  • After the submission of the application fee, the form is considered to be complete and submitted. 

For International Students:-

Step 1:-

Applicant need to visit the official website of Guru Nanak Technical Campus Institutions or visit the mentioned reference link (www.gniindia.org/afn/online-application.html)

Step 2:-

Fill in the online application with all your personal information and educational qualifications

Then upload the following scanned documents.

  • Certified copy of the qualifying test marks/grade sheet (Notarized translation of English if the documents are not in English)

  • Certified copy of the grade equivalent to marks by the respective boards/schools.

  • Transfer Certificate 

  • Student / parent / sponsor NRI status evidence.

  • Passport Copy (Personal details page only)

  • Latest passport colour photograph beside one attached to the application.

  • Migration Certificate (if available at the time of application otherwise at the time of registration at Gurunanak)

  • No Objection Certificate from the Government of India (For Foreign Applicant)

  • AIDS-free certificate from the Government of India

  • Residential permit issued by the Foreigners Registration Office and the Police Superintendent of the District

Step 3:-

After filling up the application form an Acknowledgement letter will be generated in which, an application number will be allotted to the applicant and will be emailed to their registered email id, with a request for additional or missing information/documents, if any. Please note down the application number for future reference related to admissions or while forwarding the additional or missing information documents.

Step 4:-

Provisional Admission

Depending on the program's eligibility requirements, a conditional acceptance letter will be sent to the applicant email id with detailed tuition fee and other applicable fees only if a candidate is considered to be suitable for admission

The student must sign and send the Offer Acceptance Form (Form A5) to the Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus along with the signed Provisional Admission letter and tuition fee to Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus (GNITC), Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District - 501506, Telangana

Step 5:-

Fee Payment

The tuition, hostel, registration fee and other fees must be paid in US dollars only in 10 days from the date of receipt of the provisional admission letter by email, either through a demand draft or by electronic fund transfer.

Please make the draft payable to the bank if the payment is made to “Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus” payable at Hyderabad, India.

Step 6:-

Once tuition and registration fees for the first year is submitted, then the admission of the applicant will be confirmed. Applicants are then advised to consult the website for the commencement date of the first-year classes.

  • Applicant should be Indian National or of Indian origin. 

  • Applicants should be above 16 years of age or be 16 years of age by the 31st December of that year in order to be accepted in the Engineering and Pharmacy programmes.

  • The applicant should have passed in 10+2 or its equivalent qualifying examination under the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana or from any recognized board with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects along with one of the optional subjects such as Chemistry or Biology.

  • In order for the candidate to be accepted, they should have scored at least 45% marks in the subjects mentioned above.

  • For the candidates belonging to the reserved category, the minimum marks that need to be secured are 40%.

  • In addition to this, the applicant should have secured a valid rank in the Common Entrance Test conducted by AP state authority/ AIEEE.

  • In order to take admission in the 2nd year of Engineering & Pharmacy, the candidate should have a Diploma or B.Sc degree in mathematics in the respective branch as per the Lateral Entry Scheme.

  • The candidates should have passed with aggregate marks of 50% in the final year examination or final semester of the diploma programme or have a diploma in the concerned branch of Engineering.

Or 

  • The student should have any other diploma that is recognised by the government of Andhra Pradesh. 

Or

  • The candidate should work in the Department of Engineering / Pharmacy.

  • Students with any other diploma which is recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent are eligible for admission for B.Tech. or B.Pharm degree.

GNITC B.Tech/ B.Pharm Selection Process 2020

Category A:-

  • Applicants are selected on the basis of their performance in JEE/ AIEEE entrance examination.

  • Seats for the B.Tech program will be allocated based on the applicant's ranking in the qualifying examination. In Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus, all the seats are filled as per the rules and regulations of the government.

  • Selected candidates will have to then visit the Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus for the document verification and final admission process.

Category B:- (Management Quota)

Admissions to the category ' B ' shall be made by the management of the institution on the basis of merit of the NRI / JEE / EAMCET / Intermediate Marks.

In order to take admission under the Management Quota, the applicant should have either obtained a rank or any other equivalent examination accepted by the Government of Telangana or have secured minimum 50% marks in the following subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology).

  • The Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus M.Tech Selection Process 2020 is done on the premises of the applicant's academic performance and marks scored in any of the entrance exams.

  • Selection of the applicant will be done on merit basis.

  • Management Quota seats of the Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus will also be filled by the applicant's merit scores.

  • At the time of admission, if an applicant is found with any wrong information or if the original certificates and supporting documents aren't submitted within the specified time, the institute can cancel the admission of the candidates without any prior notice.
