Documents Required to Fill KCET Application Form 2024: KCET registration window has been reopened from March 12 to 15, 2024 for candidates to apply for KCET 2024 exam. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to fill out the KCET application form 2024 with all relevant details such as academic, personal, category and stream preference via online mode. However, the candidates will require certain documents to fill out the KCETapplication form  2024. Each aspiring candidate of KCET 2024 will only have to upload a scanned copy of a passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, and parent signature. Here is the list of documents required for KCET 2024 application form. These documents should NOT be uploaded while registering for the entrance exam. The candidates should keep these documents as a reference to fill out the application form

  • Class 10 Details (School Name, Marks/ Percentage)

  • Class 12 (PUC II) Details

  • PUC II Hall Ticket Number

  • Category/ Caste Details

  • Residential Address

  • Aadhaar Number

  • PH (Physically Handicapped) Details (if applicable)

Instructions to upload scanned images on KCET registration portal 2024

The candidates can scan and edit the images through different Mobile Applications available on Google PlayStore. You can also get these images scanned through an internet centre. Here are the detailed instructions that a candidate must follow to upload the scanned images on the KCET application portal –

Scanned Image of Passport Size Photograph

  • The passport size photograph has to be recent with white background
  • Mobile photo is not allowed
  • The format to scan and upload the photograph is JPG/ JPEG format
  • The photograph has to be clear. No spectacles are allowed in the photograph
  • File Size: 5 to 40 KB
  • File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
  • File Format: jpg/jpeg

Scanned Image of Candidate’s Signature

  • Sign with a black ballpoint pen on an A4 sheet (background of paper should be white in colour)
  • Scan the A4 sheet and go for the image editing option on your mobile or through an internet centre
  • Crop the image and make sure that only the signature part is cropped
  • File Size: 5 to 40 KB
  • File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm
  • File Format: jpg/jpeg

Scanned Image of Left-Hand Thumb Impression

  • Through a stamp pad or ink, put your thumb impression on an A4 sheet
  • Scan the A4 sheet and crop the image so that only the thumb impression part is visible (can be done through a mobile app or internet café)
  • File Size: 5 to 40 KB
  • File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm
  • File Format: jpg/jpeg

Scanned Image of Parent Signature

  • Ask your parent to sign with a black ballpoint pen on an A4 sheet (background of paper should be white in colour)
  • Scan the A4 sheet and go for the image editing option on your mobile or through an internet centre
  • Crop the image and make sure that only the signature part is cropped
  • The size of the signature can be less than 20 KB and the format of the image should be JPEG/ JPG format

Candidates can easily fill the KCET 2024 application form by following the steps given below.

  • On the homepage, click on the “Karnataka CET application” link
  • Register yourself by filling all the required details
  • Fill out the application form and upload the documents

Important Guidelines for Filling KCET Application Form 2024

Few candidates often make mistakes while filling out the KCET application form online, especially related to their date of birth, category, eligibility criteria and uploading of the required documents. Hence to make the candidates habituate themselves with KCET online application modules 2024,  the sample application is hosted to practice. The candidates should download the sample KCET application form 2024 and take 2 to 3 copies to avoid mistakes. What after KCET application form 2024?

Once the entire registration process of KCET concludes, the candidates need to take the printout of the filled-in application form. Thanks for contacting Collegedkeho Q & A portal. I want to inform you that  Sharda University does not offer any Diploma course for mechanical engineering. It only offers two Diploma courses: Diploma in Clinical Medical Practises from Allied Health Science and Pharmacy and a Diploma in Pharmacy from the Pharmacy sector. 

Though University also offers below mentioned courses in the Mechanical Engineering branch. Students who will enrol for the B.Tech course need to pay around 1.9 L per annum.
