About IIHM Delhi Campus
IIHM Delhi campus includes smart classrooms, an IT lab, Wi-Fi connectivity, a library, and Front Office Labs with SuperHero and Opera software for PMS training. Culinary facilities include a training kitchen, training restaurant, wine education, and fine dining practicals.
Student activities include the Young Chef Olympiad with 50+ countries, Rookie Chef and Super Chef competitions, Individual Food Festivals, and Masterclasses by international chefs. Educational tours are conducted to Italy, France, Spain, and Scotland covering wine, culinary, and Scotch Malt Whiskey programmes. An EU-sponsored ERASMUS Project Tour is also offered in partnership with universities in France, Sweden, and Turkey.
IIHM Delhi has integrated Artificial Intelligence into its curriculum through four initiatives — NamAIste Hospitality GPT, NamAIste Circle of Masters, Chef's Cover Designer, and TAIger Chef — for hospitality and culinary training.
