IES is a well-known college for management studies in Mumbai and they also provide with industrial visits and role plays as a part of the teaching plans.
The teacher student ratio is 16:150. The teachers are professionals from the industry and are best at their subjects making the teaching an engaging and widely application based process instead of only theory knowledge.
There are total 6 trimesters in the 2 years and there are 2 exams for each trimester. Exams are very easy because the teachers are really good at explaining concepts and also there are ebooks and other sources to study from during the exam.
My friend was already studying here, he gave me good reviews about this college, also my scores were not that good enough to crack colleges like TISS or JBIMS or IIMs, The admission process was very systematic I got an email regarding the shortlist, they gave me a date on which I had to come and deposit the fees along with all the documents followed by a mentoring session by one of the senior professors, guiding and briefing us about the rules and regulations, dos and dont's of the college in front of our parents.
The reason I chose this college over other colleges was this was the best one in town after the top 10 colleges of Mumbai, the thing is if you cannot crack JBIMS,TISS, Welingkar, or Somaiya you should choose IES over chetana or met or ibs or itm.

aggregate is required in the bachelor's degree. Any bachelor's degree works. MHCET is the entrance exam required with a minimum score of 125. The cutoff was 97% last year. Other exams such as GMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, etc are also accepted. There are no special reservation benefits. Application is to be done using the official website of the college.
Some faculty members may seem to keep grudges against you if you are caught under their eyes for doing something which was not likable by them but a correct thing to do, but that is a part of behavior you'll find such people in every school and colleges.
Because of the pandemic, our Personal Interview and General Discussion was done online and now our classes are also conducted online.
The course curriculum is extremely good involving a lot of knowledge but it is a very hectic course and needs complete dedication in every level.
The college boasts of 100 percent placement and tries hard to place each and every body in their particular field but marketing enjoys the highest package out of total bandwidth of the domains and also internship is offered by various multinational and domestic companies.
