ISMS Pune Admission Process 2025

PGP MBA (Triple Certification) Admissions

The ISMS Pune admission process for the PGP MBA (Triple Certification) demands applicants to finish graduation (in any discipline) or equivalent degree from a college or university that is recognized by the Government of India with English as a compulsory subject at Class 10 and Class 12 levels. Students also have to meet the criteria of obtaining at least 50% marks in aggregate for the open category and 45% for the reserved category candidates (belonging to the state of Maharashtra only).

Students need to appear for the management-level common entrance examinations such as the CAT/ CMAT/ MAH MBA CET and then apply online as per the official admission portal. Once done they will be scheduled for group discussions and personal interview rounds to confirm the selection.

MBA International

The ISMS Pune admission process for the MBA International at the International School of Management Studies demands applicants to finish Graduation (in any discipline) or an equivalent degree from a college or university that is recognised by the Government of India with English as a compulsory subject at Class 12 level. Students also have to meet the criteria of obtaining at least 50% marks in aggregate for the open category and 45% for the reserved category candidates (belonging to the state of Maharashtra only).

ISMS Pune offers its own portal for direct admissions and candidates have to apply from the same. The two ways to apply at ISMS Pune are

Direct application: ISMS Pune only provides a direct admission procedure and seats are provided based on CAT/ CMAT/MAHCET and group discussions and personal interviews.

Counselling Application: Counselling is not applicable to the programs offered by the International School of Management Studies.

• Visit the official website of ISMS Pune and click on ‘Apply Now’ to apply for any of the available courses, fill in all the details and pay the application fee online.

 OR 

• Collect the ISMS Pune application form from the admissions office of the institute in person. Fill out the form, attach all required documents and pay the application fee via a Demand Draft.

1.   Visit the ISMS Pune official website.

2.   Fill in the first name of the student as per the Aadhaar card records.

3.   Enter the last name as per the Aadhaar card records.

4.   Update the email address for all official communications.

5.   Enter the mobile number for further discussions and OTP validations.

6.   Enter a strong password.

7.   Re-enter the same password to confirm.

8.   Update the reference code and click on the ‘Register Now’ button to submit the ISMS Pune application form.

ISMS Pune provides all the seats through the management or university basis only and not via counselling. Given below is a following of documents that might be needed as per the category and student profile, not all are mandatory but missing paperwork can be identified from the below list.

• Class 10 or equivalent mark sheet.
• Class 12 or equivalent mark sheet (If the result is declared).
• Graduation or equivalent mark sheet (for post-graduation students).
• Certificate of passing the qualifying examination SSC or equivalent.
• Certificate of passing the qualifying examination Class 12 or equivalent.
• Certificate of passing the qualifying examination, graduation or Class 10 + diploma (for MBA students only).
• Domicile certificate (for Madhya Pradesh students).
• Entrance test mark sheet / Rank certificate for MBA and B.Tech students only (if the result is declared).
• Proof of address Aadhar Card/ Election Voting Card/ Passport/ Driving license etc.
• Work experience details (for Executive MBA students only).
• Caste certificate issued by the competent authority (for reserve category)
• Caste Validity Certificate (All reserve category candidates except ST candidates).
• Current/ Valid Non-Creamy layer certificate issued by the competent authority (for Reserve Category but not applicable to SC & ST)

Miscellaneous Documents

• Certificate of change of name if applicable published in the Government Gazette.
• Three passport-size colour photographs.
• Two sets of self-attested copies of the above documents.
